Occupation: Shadow Proclamation space detective/bounty hunter.
Physical Description: As he truly appears, Jiin is an eight foot tall, heavyset monster with three clawed fingers, a long worm like neck, and huge, solid black eyes. His flesh is a blueish green, a common trait of his family, and everything about him projects a predatory dominance. Undercover, he makes use of perception filters and synthetic compression suits ("Which are horridly uncomfortable, like being covered in itchy wool and unable to scratch."). In his human suit, he looks like a rather pudgy, curly haired boy in his late twenties.
Personality: Jiin is one part viscous predator and one part self absorbed sleuth. He has fully pointed his predatory instinct toward the hunt and capture of wanted criminals, and once he has one caught, he will simply not shut up. He details exactly how he suceeded, poeticly laying out each detail like the rap-up of a Sherlock Holmes novel, and his reports are popular reading with the Shadow Proclamation Clerks.
It should also be mentioned that he has a bit of a temper. In his early career, an informant referred to him as a Slitheen, purely by accident, and what followed was a bar brawl that spilled into the surrounding streets.
History: The Raatheen family has had an interesting standing on their home world. While other families have risen and fallen, Raatheen has stayed in the same place for thousands of years...as the Vanguard of Raxacoricofallipatorius. Since the species touched the stars, the Ratheen were always the first thing their enemy's knew, and in some cases the last.
Jiin, like many of his brothers and sisters, were sent offworld to serve with various galactic institutions of strength, so that the Raatheen family would grow stronger. As such, Jiin is expected to return home one day. This day seems rather far off, however, as it seems he is enjoying his job far too much.
Additional medical information Like all of his race, Jiin will explode if drenched with vinegar.
