"So....hi, I guess," said the Dark Lord to the board, "Just, um, checking to see if this place complies with the...um...thought-ninth section of the...um...shadow proclamation, and...stuff."
He waved his sonic around aimlessly, pulling his fedora over his eyes.
"I'm Alec Harrison, Gallifreyan, and I'm new here. I've met a few people already, one or two people by the name the Doctor... I gather they keep order here. Just here to introduce myself."
He jumped back in his Tardis, which was in the form of a red phone booth. Poking his head out, he tossed a phone to the nearest member, titled "Personal Messanger."
"I'll be somewhere in time, space, or board if you need me, bye!"
And with that, he closed the phone booth, and Tardis noises were again audible as it disappeared.
