I'm not sure where to put my first post, as the setup seems to be geared for people who know what time and/or other characters they want to be dealing with. I'm open to playing with anyone, anywhere, anywhen (though I'd prefer to start with Torchwood, if I have a choice).
Basically I'd like to know who's interested in dealing with a disoriented gender-bending Time Lord, and what era they'd like it to be in, so I can make my first post.
