Physical Description: Rather Tall fellow who usually wears a scarf, and trench coat. His face changes with every emotion, And one can tell weather he is happy or mad.

Personality: A natural bohemian, who is thrilled by the discovery of adventure. Brilliant, and entirely serious, He can be disarmingly loopy. He is the most unpredictable of all the incarnations, befuddling everyone with his intelligence.

History: He is the Fourth of his Incarnation, He is a respected Time Lord from Gallifrey, In his Tardis with a malfunctioned Chameleon Circuit. He travels the universe usually with a companion.


Additional medical information If he is seriously injured, He Regenerates.

Dear Whomor

Welcome to the party.

For obvious reasons, I took note when you arrived.

Tenth, who created this place, is having some computer issues. Usually Tenth can be seen a few times a day, and the character submissions are frequently answered. Just this moment, they are at a bit of a halt, but back in business soon, I'll bet.

In the meanwhile, I thought I would be bold and write you a little note, since we've all been though the submissions process before. What I learned along the way is that the character submissions are sort of your audition for the role. I noticed on your Submission for Fourth that you've simply copied something out of Wikk.

When I've read other "auditions" for the Doctors, I see the Administrator, the Moderators, and the other Doctors asking for quite a bit from a new Doctor. They already know what the Fourth is like, so what they want to see is how you describe him. I believe that they also ask the Doctors in particular to write a paragraph worth of a "post".

Here is a good example of how they work with a new submission to try to find the right Voice for the Doctor. This person didn't make it, but was encouraged to stay and play on the site.

Dear Whomor

I'm sorry it took me so long to see your edit. You've done a nice job with it. Once again, I have no clout, but there is no harm in trying to get more writing out of you.

I see most Doctor submissions include at least a one paragraph in character rp -- you can choose the setting and whatnot....this is a sample to see the quality of your work.

Your submission is rather eloquent, but brief. It could not hurt to write sample of your RP style either in a reply, or by modifying your profile.
