Age: If you are a Time Lord, approximate. If you can't approximate, guess. If you have no idea, make something up. If you a human, base how old your face claim is or how old they look. Take a few years off or add some years, depending on what species you pick or how life has been to them.
Species: If it's an original species tell us a little about it. Look here for help on Doctor Who/Torchwood beings.

Planet of Origin: If it's an original planet, tell us a little about it. Talk about what kind of planet it is, what makes it different then Earth. What kind of wildlife is there? What does the landscape like? How does your species survive on the planet?
Occupation: What do they do for a living.
Physical Description: What is their build, are they tall, short, muscular, or thin. What is their skin tone, hair color, eye color. What features do they have? Are there any scars, tattoos, piercings? What kind of clothes do they like to wear. How do they come off to others?
Personality: Just a bit about who you are and how you can be expected to behave... Picture their actions in your mind, how they would go about their daily life. What do they like, what don’t they like. What are their fears, hope, wishes. How do they act around others, how do they handle themselves under pressure and so on.
History: Just a bit about them, be they original or canon, to establish where they are in their lives. The next major chunk to your creation. Some things to keep in mind are how their history will effect their personality, and how the biggie: how it will effect their present-day life and future. Where did the come from, how was their life growing up, what brought him or her into this point in time?
Additional medical information if your character has any medical information that would be helpful for us to know. Do they have any illness, health conditions that are with them for the rest of their life, does an old injury affect them? Go into details and lets us know what and what brought it on

But remember there are people here to help, just ask on the board and we will try to get back to you as soon as we can. Just remember to be creative and take your time. There is no time limit on this but we would at least like to see two paragraphs for appearance, history and personality so we can fully understand your character.
