Cafe Rimini, London, England. The Seventh Doctor finished his tea; he loved this cafe , so calm for once he didn't have to worry about Daleks or Cybermen invading, not at this time anyway. He placed the payment owed on the table and got up, heading to his TARDIS he realized that this is the first time he had been truly relaxed since Ace left. He reached The familiar blue doors, hadn't he parked it further away? oh well he was lost in thought when he arrived with that he dismissed the thoughts and entered. what in the name of Rassilon happen to the TARDIS? why was the desktop theme on the Coral setting He saw a man covered in rain standing at the console. "who are you and how did you get aboard my TARDIS?

(sorry it took so long to reply -- I had a busy week last week, and then yesterday and today I was feeling sickish)
Ten, clearly not in the mood for conversation, watched as the Seventh Doctor walked into his TARDIS. Normally, he would have been overjoyed to see an earlier version of himself -- but not at this particular moment. Everyone was gone. He had been forced to say good-bye to Donna and remove all memories of their time together.
He was alone -- all alone.
A sad look on his face, and tears running down his cheeks, he simply looked up at Seven and shook his head. "You don't want to know," he finally said. "Trust me, you don't want to know -- I...I just walked in here."
Looking very depressed, his eyes then went to the floor.
It was then a thought occurred to him. Perhaps he could pretend to be human and travel with the Seventh Doctor? At least then he could fool himself into thinking that he wasn't all alone. Seven probably would eventually figure it out, but he didn't care. He wasn't in the mood to care right now. He wanted, needed something to take his mind off of losing Rose, Martha, and Donna.

Something was off about this skinny fellow, Seven thought, it felt like he should know this man but since The Rani messed with mind after his last regeneration. Some how he knew that this man posed no threat to him, all the same this man knew more than he was letting on. Still who ever this man was he seemed upset.
'walked in here? you don't seem the tiniest bit startled by it's interior size. most humans tend to be quite alarmed." Seven had a stern look on his face until he saw the look of sadness Ten had "you're crying. Are you alright young fellow?"

Ten rolled his eyes at Seven. "Well, you didn't exactly see me when I entered this...this...thing....for all you knew, maybe I WAS startled that it was bigger on the inside....but I might have just gotten used to it."
He glanced at his Seventh self before looking back at the ground. "I...I'll be all right...I just....just lost some people that I care about...."
Ten chanced a glance once more at Seven, looking him over. The man seemed confused about him, which was understandable. His former self had just walked into HIS TARDIS. This Doctor knew nothing of the Time War or what was soon to befall his people. That would happen one regeneration later, right now Seven was, well, Seven.
Of all of his previous regenerations, Seven was probably one of the least comforting of them. Still, the Time Lord knew how to show compassion and concern, which Ten appreciated, and was benefiting from now.

Seven would normally demand more answers from any one who could gain access to the TARDIS and change the desktop setting; but he could some what understand what this strange fellow was going through, what with Ace leaving him and all. Seven walked up to Ten and removed the red handkerchief from his top pocket.
"Would this help?" He said extending the handkerchief to ten.
He used to be better at this comforting business, but this incarnation had lost that ability of late; he hoped that his next one would be better at it.
