Well, seeing as we'll need her at some point during the school days & initiation thread, thought I might as well create this now. So, behold! An Eternal! NB: Ephermal = Anything that isn't and Eternal or Guardian of Time (eg. Time-Lords, Humans, Daleks, Cybermen and any other species you can think of.)NNB: The Guardians of Time are the Six-Fold-Gods and are entrusted with the keeping of the universe, and are therefore, the Eternals higher-ups. (More info on Tardis Wikia)
Canon(But with added original parts. The cannon character isn't as fleshed out as I'd like her to be. These added parts are in italics.)
Name: Death
Age: Unaging. Time does not affect me.
Species: Eternal. 1 of the 8.
Place of Origin: Calabi-Yau Space.
Occupation:Playing God to Ephermals, being a Gallifreyan God and being the personification/representation/embodiment of death itself. The amoral Eternals (including Death) made it their principal aim in life to amuse themselves, using Ephemerals as their toys. They utilized the thoughts and emotions of these Ephermals, using them as play-things. Death embodied her name-sake, on one occasion, taking the from of a robed skeleton.
Powers:
General Eternal Powers ~ Many called the Eternals parasites for using Ephemerals for their creativity, as Eternals could pull any being from any planet in any time and use them. The Eternals dwelt in the domain of Eternity rather than the smaller one of Time, which meant they were unaffected by Time and thus unaging. They could even freeze Ephemerals in Time. Eternals could not be destroyed, only transferred. They could also use telepathy and create objects from the memories of Ephemerals, but their powers were not limitless and they could not read minds from great distance or from strong minds. Eternals could also concentrate and channel great power and destroy something, but only if there was a focal point. They could also appear in dreams. Also, if wished and under certain circumstances, the Eternals could descend into this dimension by turning themselves to Ephermals. They could also change back, whenever wished.
Specific to Death ~ It is noted, that if Ephermals wish to speak/make contact with Death, they must perform rituals first. They are permitted to speak with her if she allows it, or talks to them first. This rule of respect also applies in her Ephermal form. Death's abilities as an Ephermal are somewhat more advanced than her fellow Eternals and is able to, within that form, keep some of her powers. They are not as strong but still effective. It is also worth noting that she can know the location of one person, at every point in their lives, hence her presence at the exact time she wishes to be. Also, due to her telepathic powers, she is able to isolate Ephermals mind and, if any, the problems with it.
Physical Description: As an Eternal, she does not have one. As an Ephermal, she can change this how she pleases, to fit any disguise. However, as herself in Ephermal form, she chooses to fit the look of a female Grim Reaper. She wears a long black Gothic dress, with a black corset on her stomach area, while the top half is made of lace. This black lace extends as fill length sleeves and a cover to the top of the neck. She has an incredibly pale face with high cheekbones. Her skin is the same color as porcelain and her high cheekbones cause a very thin and sullen looking face. her eyes are set back in her skull, a slight shadow around her eyes creating a skull effect. Death chooses to have very long back hair, put in a side parting that doesn't cover her jet black eyes. Also, very true to popular belief, she wields a long scythe as a weapon.
Personality: Death is an incredibly cold, calculating and immoral being. She is incredibly forceful and volatile. Yet, at some points, she can become coldly sympathetic with some Ephermals, if she feels like it. Usually this instances cause Ephermals a lot of pain. Mostly though, she does things for a reaction and loves nothing more than toying and playing with Ephermal's emotions, feelings and thoughts.
History:
General Eternal History ~ The Eternals were, as their name suggests, eternal, therefore they lived outside of the smaller dimension of time. This means a history of their race would be hard to find. However, the first event that they are known to have done was to banish the Carrionites and Hervoken into the Deep Darkness during the Dark Times of the Universe.
Some of the Eternals passed themselves off as the Gallifreyan's deities such as Time, Pain and Death, a development which Lady President Romana found distressing. Not all Eternals did this, and until he met the Doctor and probed his mind, the Eternal known as
Striker professed that he had never heard of the Time Lords. Those that did often chose young Time-Lords as champions and followed their lives through, intervening and interfering, both in Ephermal state and Eternal.
At some point, the Guardians of Time set up a race for a group of Eternals, with Enlightenment being the prize. Groups of Eternals copied ships from various points in Earth's history, fitted them with ion drives and sails to catch solar winds and kidnapped humans to run the ships. Though Captain Wrack almost won the race by destroying the ships of her enemies, the Doctor managed to push her off her ship and bring it to the Guardians of Time.
The carnage of the Last Great Time War supposedly horrified even the aloof Eternals to the extent that they left this reality.
Specific to Death ~ Death was not the oldest of the Gods; Pain was.
Due to this, Death is seen as one of the most child-like of the eight. She can become very obsessive with certain Ephermals, watching and playing with their lives and excluding all others in that period. She also becomes very irritated if a fellow Ephermal bothers her during "play-time". As she can look down on the universe as it progresses through time, she tends to become very attached to one species at one point, then switching to another, much like a child and their toys. Due to this fleeting obsession, she ended up getting involved in the Time-Lords for a good while and became particularly attached to a young group of Time-Lords. She became involved because of their futures. Each of these "class" members had very memorable lives and she wished to be involved in the fun.
Early in life, during the youth of his first incarnation, the Doctor had committed murder. Seeing such obvious promise, she approached the young Doctor and proposed that he become her champion. However, he made a deal with Death, so that rather than having Death make him her Champion, Death would, instead, make another Time Lord, later known as the Master, her Champion. After that disappointment, Death was not pleased and was a little bored of the Time-Lords, but only for a second. For upon further investigation, she found a child that was far more capable than any she had seen throughout the entire history of the universe. He was so capable, that Death herself, on meeting this child, became slightly scared of this child and consequently, followed him and his fellow classmates lives very closely.
She has watched each of these class members progress, develop, live and die. Death is like an all-seeing eye, constantly watching the Doctor and his classmates. The eternal has taken many forms during their lives and has interfered with them very often, often taking some out of time, putting them in an environment very similar to 'the Game' and the Death Zone that the Gallifreyans used to play. Some say it was Death who invented these games, the Gallifreyans who invented it only recreating what they had experienced. This would explain the naming of the zone.
After following the lives of these children and watching them grow into adults, she participated in the aforementioned game to achieved Enlightenment. She did not win, but, still kept a hold of her favorite Ephermals. As she kept playing with the universe, she inadvertently witnessed the Last Great Time War. The carnage that she saw caused her and her fellows to flee this reality.
However, time has passed. The time war is over and things have returned to as close to normality as they can. Some of these favorite playthings survived, some of the class of the Time-Lords have survived. Now, Death has returned to start the games again.
Additional medical information; In her eternal form, she cannot die and cannot be affected by this reality. She has no physical body in this form. However, in her Ephermal form, she does have a physical can experience some of the effects of this reality. She can feel pain, warmth, strength. She cannot die in this form, she will only be transferred back to her eternal state.

(That's it done. Whoah that was long! I'll go through this tomorrow and fix all the nasty spelling and grammar and puncuation errors, but I won't edit any of the actual contents. Thanks if you got this far! )
