Can't be judged (Anime RP)

Tokyo Japan, calm and peaceful. People getting along and everything is fine. But teenagers seem to be taking over. they seem to be everywhere and adults are getting over whelmed, yes there are plenty of adults but with most teens their parents don't care what their doing, where they are, or who their with. Which is getting to others especially adults around the city. Life isn't as peaceful as others would like because there are gangs formed by sixteen and seventeen year olds who are on the dangerous side. What gets to some the most is the same sex couples that are around as well which people don't like either thinking it is wrong and there's something wrong with those people. But there isn't which is why some teens are taking a stand to let others know that their who they are and if they don't like it that's too bad.
