Five vampires are new to the area : Dr. Cullen, his wife Esme Cullen and their three children Alice, Edward and Emmett have just moved to Forks, Washington. Almost immediately after they move Edward falls for the clumsy human Bella Swan. Bella has lived in Forks her whole life and has been dating Jacob Black ( still a shape-shifter) for as long as she can remember. The two already immortal enemies now battle for the heart of the human.
Two humans have moved into town as well, twins..Rosalie and Jasper Hale. Their family was very rich but their father was in danger of loosing his job due to cutbacks. After what happened to Rosalie with her boyfriend Royce, Royce's family paid off Rosalie's to leave town and never return. The Hale family sent Rosalie and Jasper to Forks by themselves and thats when Alice and Emmett meet them.
The two vampires are pulled towards these humans harder than they could have imagined. Can Emmett find a way to melt the heart of Rosalie although she's sworn off dating? Jasper falls hard for Alice but is torn between wanting to protect his sister and running off with Alice...
