So I'm looking for an adventure, for my lovely girly. I want to plot out possible characters for her to interact with, but I do want to get her to have interactions with The Doctor and a Companion perhaps. Just a heads up warning, she isn't very assertive unless she needs to be. I'll also be expanding and editing her as I rp, as her personality further develops through interactions with others.

How about the Meddler?
For that matter, how about a thread down in the Time War RP. Right when the Meddler was introduced in "A Seemingly Peaceful Day", he had an errand of sorts in one of the Gallifreayan Libraries.

It's not really explicit there that he had business at the Great Library - I meant to comment on the fact, and it slipped my mind - so it's probably safe to assume that he's on his way back from the Library in the scene I've linked you to. Unless, of course, the plot goes somewhere unexpected. The Meddler probably sneaks back intermittently in the days before the Last Great Time War, on his various research projects.

Alright, that looks like a promising aspect for her during the Time War, but I still need to get adventures for her Chameleon arched self set up.
