Physical description: Around average height. Dark hair. Slightly muscular. Slightly dark skin.
Personality: Couragous, Brave, Kind. Often says things that make people think he's insane.
History: When he was a baby, his parents were killed by a rogue Sontaran. He was raised by a poor family who cared for him. He was raised during the Time War, so alot of people he met were killed by the Daleks. When he was 16 he was sent to the Stormcage facility for murdering the Arcadian president, which he didn't do. He was set free by River Song when she escaped to find the Doctor. Karlel stole a Time Manipulator and travelled back in time so he wouldn't be arrested. Karlel decided to fight aliens to make up for stealing the Time Manipulator.
