while exploring some caverns the eleventh doctor rescued a girl from some bandits just as 11 and the girl reached the TARDIS 11 was shot through his left heart with an arrow. he managed to unlock and enter the TARDIS with the girl. moments later he regenerated into his twelfth incarnation.
the twelfth doctor appears to be a fifteen year old
he is a mixture of the seventh, ninth,fourth,first and tenth doctor's personalities he is extremely kind to those in need, but will not fail to stop those he believes are doing wrong. he tends to be quite random at times.
he wears a navy jacket with a gray t-shirt and worn blue jeans

I really would rather us not have a 12th Doctor, as there isn't one who exists yet in the series.
The only way I would be okay with it is if I liked the character. I don't want a Doctor who looks like a teenager. Sorry.
If you want to make a teenage Time Lord, please create an original character and you can post in the School Days board.

could you give me some tips on how to improve my "twelve" character so he is usable here?

I don't want a mary sue Doctor, and I don't want a teenage one.
You would have to be extremely creative and write up something that was engaging and believable...something that would make the Doctor his own. Your profile would have to be well written and extremely detailed...and you would have to put a lot of thought into it.
I don't generally like the idea of having a 12 before we have one in the show. However, if you made an amazing profile, I might let you play the character.
I'd like to see you play an original character to get a feel for how you rp.

The School Days board is a board where the Doctor and the others that are his age are attending the Academy. They start out as eight year olds, but we have threads in which they are other ages. One thread that we have going on has them as 17 year olds.

well, we don't have a thread yet when they're 15......but if you wanted to make a character a couple years younger than the others, I suppose that could be all right.
It's at the bottom above Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures. It says School Days...but you'll need to create a character first.
