Physical Description: the doctor stands about 6 foot 3 inches, has black shaved hair and green-grey eyes.

Personality: the doctor can go between very serious and extremely random very quickly

History: the doctor was born on earth 800 years before the middle ages, he was raised on the planet with all of the other time

The doctor was standing on the castles roof looking down at the people below and thought how much they resembled the people in new york circa 2010 A.D. And he thought that maybe he should get down. The doctor jumped down and landed on his feet and then went into his tardis. The doctor was transported to new new York circa 3033 A.D. It was always nasty here but he supposed it was nescessary otherwise the people would be stuck up.

Nine would walk directly over to Rose and give her a questioning look and then say suprisedly "Wait, do you feel that?"
