This roleplay takes place in Queensland, Australia, some time around the midway mark of season two.
It's already started, but the characters have yet to leave the airport, so many more characters can turn up. As of now, Owen Harper, Captain Jack Harkness, Galen Hall and Scott Keaton are all involved. In the future, Gylfie Murdoch will be joining them. (If we could have miss Toshiko Sato join them, then that'd be lovely. See, Owen sort of already wrote her in a bit...)
It's open to everyone within the Torchwood realm, so don't be afraid to join!
