Across the British Isles, rips in spacetime are beginning to open. Creatures from the past and future have are crossing through into our time, our world.
In an effort to contain the situation, the government has created the Anomaly Research Center. It's mission is to study the anomalies and the creatures that come through them, and find a way to control the phenomena.
But the anomalies are opening more and more frequently. The British branch of the United Nations Intelligence Task Force (UNIT) has been granted joint operational authority over the ARC. They have called in their scientific advisor, the Doctor, to assist them.
The only problem is, the wrong man got the message.
Now the past, the present, and the future are on a collision course. If the anomalies are not contained, time will collapse and Earth will be torn from existence.
"So. Do you want to tell them their world is doomed? Or shall I?"
