And away we go, with a title that could come straight from the the old serials.
Here's what I know so far. The First Doctor is in New York City. It's 1994. There's a mad scientist, somewhere, and he or she is doing something terrible.
Fearful, even.
Beyond that, I've got not real plans yet. Feel free to jump in.

What? So we can bicker about his hair IC?  Yeah, we could do that. Given the strain that puts on the old Blinovitch Limitation Effect, we'll need to ramp up the threat level a little, though. Still, we've got a mad scientist out there doing something. In New York. I'm sure we can ramp it up enough. Unless you'd rather just go with Tyler at this point. I'll leave that up to you. |

I like to throw all my characters into a thread sometimes I can have both Ten and Tyler in the same thread....for now, though, I'll stick with Tyler. I like to add characters in slowly.... |

yes -- but maybe a different regeneration....
and he's chameleon arched in most of the threads I have him in. Obviously not in the Time War.
