Physical Description: Slender, medium-tall, fair skin, red hair, pale green eyes. Usually wears a spaghetti-strap black shirt, tan ragged cargo pants, and black combat boots.
Personality: Amelia is definitely a complex individual. She is careful about where she puts her loyalties, but will keep a good rapport with almost anyone. When she's on a job, however, she won't hesitate to either tell a person to be quiet or shut their mouth for them. She holds her family close to her heart and would risk pain and/or death for them
History: She grew up in New Cardiff with her sister, Eirwen, and was born in the year 5,000,000,014. They had a good life with their mother and father... until they went to drive on New New York's motorway, where they disappeared.
Over the years, Eirwen became addicted to Happy, Mellow, and Sleep mood patches and got the both of them tossed in with the nefarious Calgary Gang, composed mostly of New Irish Cats.
Amelia used her abilities as a Carp to... procure various items that the Gang might need to help settle her younger sister's debt, while Eirwen also used the Mellow patches to keep her cool while she worked as an assassin.
