THE TIME LORDS REALM
The Last Great Time war devastated the universe, bringing both the Daleks and the Time Lords to near extinction. The Doctor was one of the only surviving Time lords, but now it seems that there are other. 10 other time lords survived, and the master, romana and some how rassilon survived. 10 Daleks also survived, some how breaking free of the war in its early stages. Rassilon survived by somehow making a duplicate body, and then leaving his duplicate to run the war. The Doctor never found out about this, because somehow rassilon hid his time lord presence from the Doctor. Romana is hidden in the universe. The universe is in peril, as the cybermen, the daleks, the sontarans and even the silurians are gathering to wipe out the remaining time lords. Whats more, the Cracks in the Skin of the universe are starting to return, and this time, the doctor might not be able to stop them. The universe is in danger, and the time lords are needed.
