Blackwood hall was a dark and eerie place that was know for being the place of local legend. for it is said to this day that on dark nights when the moon is full the howling of a hound from hell can be heard as it roams the moores looking for innocent victims. this of course was far to much of juicy story for Christian to pass up as he made his way from london with lord Blackwood and a few fellow companions.
the week at Blackwood hall was mostly boring until the night when upon looking out his window at the full moon he heard that infamous wheezing sound of the tardis out upon the moores. he knew the doctor would have no chance out there with whatever may be roaming the moores tonight...!

The doors of the TARDIS opened and the Doctor stepped out. He took in his surroundings and scowled.
"This isn't the Oval, or even Kennington! Blast, for once I'd like to get to a cricket event without having to adjust the days off. Old girl, you really need a bit of a tune-up!" He patted the doors of his machine and looked out over the moors. "Terrible place for cricket, or even a game of crouquet!"

((OOC: just so you know christian has met you many times before like river song.))
suddenly a eerie howl cut into the doctors head like a knife.
"doctor!" said a familiar voice from behind. it was christian he looked at him with a stern look upon his face taking out a six shooter made of sterling sliver which shined in the moonlight. to the doctor it looked as if he was aiming at him.
"behind you!" he squeezed the trigger fireing a round which zoomed passed the doctor missing him by and inch hitting the large wolf like creature behind him.
sadly the bullet only wounded it.

(Ugh, why mention that person? ) The Doctor spun around just in time to see the creature stagger back and his eyes grew wide. "Great galaxies!" was all he could manage to yelp before ducking back into the TARDIS. He added a quick "Christian! get in!" as well.

Christian ran inside the Tardis emptying the 12 rounds into the beast. as shut the doors behind him.
"doctor what the Bloody hell are you doing here?" said Christian as he began reloading his weapons. "last time I saw you well...lets just say we did not part on amicable terms. he said showing the slight scare near his right eye."

"Oh, we didn't? I thought things went on rather well. Actually I was on my way to the Oval, they're playing the very first cricket game between England and Australia today. Or at least I think it was today." The Doctor paused a moment, considering. Then he went on "But that is neither here nor there, just what was that creature out there? It looked like a werewolf!"

"well if it looks like a wear wolf, smells like a wear wolf, and howls like a wear wolf then it must be a wear wolf!" said Christian snapping his gun. he made his way over to the Tardis control panel fiddling with the controls.
"I'm taking us to Tomarrow morning a little after six." said Christian flying it making sure the breaks weren't on.

"Now hold on a moment," the Doctor reached out and put everything to a halt. "Let's just pause and catch our breath, shall we.? Ah yes, a nice simple little orbit. Now, first off I'd like a bit of an explanation to all this. Werewolves aren't exactly a common species in England so how did this pop up? And what do you have to do with all this? I don't like barging into situations with my eyes closed. Things tend to go very very wrong that way."

"very well doctor, you see i came across this while vacationing here in victorian london. i was with oscar wilde when Lord Blackwood told a bunch of us the local legend of his familys estate and how on full moonlite nights the howling of a wolf could be heard upon the moores. so me and a few others thinking this to good a time to pass up. I of course knew of a similar situation you would face in the future and that the wear wold was a human who was infected with an alien virus." he said

(Ah, the TARDIS is in orbit at the moment, remember?)
"So if I face this in the future I think I would be able to deal with it then. This wouldn't be the first time I've faced werewolves after all. There was Mags, a charming girl from Vulpana. She ended up in the circus, the Greatest Show in the Galaxy in fact. Very successful too, last I heard. Then there were the Jax Sam and I faced. And of course the ones the Nazis tried to draft." the Doctor mused. "So let's take this one step at a time. I don't care for surprises that come with fangs and a nasty attitude. To Earth then." He activated the controls once more.

"sorry doctor... Spoilers" he said taking controls of the Tardis landing it inside the manor the next morning.
Christian stepped outside screaming in horror to find all in the manor were dead. "Doctor!"

(I rather doubt if the Doctor would simply step back and allow someone else to control his TARDIS like that so let's just let him do the steering from now on, shall we? ) The Doctor stepped out and carefully surveyed the damage. Bodies were strewn about and furniture smashed. He felt the usual sickening sensation of viewing death but he didn't allow it to rob him of his wits. Their first move should be to make certain whatever had killed these people wasn't still present, making them its next target. He carefully made his way to the middle of the room, slowly turning about to study and listen from all directions. After a few moments he decided the killer had made its exit and he dug out his flashlight. "Well, let's begin the investigation."

"well we should be safe now. the moon has gone and its day time. were in no danger. still" said Christian as he made his way about the house.
a russetting could be heard from the upstairs. with caution Christian made his way upstairs.

The Doctor followed, flashlight still in hand. Even with the morning light creeping in the huge place was still rather dim and gave the feeling of an old horror movie. Perhaps that's why the wirters and producers of those chose this very setting. Anything that might have held a lamp or candle had been knocked over or smashed, it was a wonder the whole place hadn't gone up in flames.
The rustling came again, someone who had witness the carnage and escaped? Or perhas just a bewildered and frightened pet.
