Hollywood 1945
this was the one place in all of time and space that Christian adored the most. he spent most of his time here attending parties with the glamors stars of the silver screen. when he arrived at the extravagant home of famous director George Cukor one little thing he never expected was the arrival of his old friend the doctor.
that sound was unmistakable wheezing sound the Tardis made as it slowly manifested outside by the pool. Christian excused himself from a conversation with Spencer Tracy watching in secret from a darkened part of the house . what could the doctor be doing here? could he perhaps want to meet people like Cary grant or Kathrine Hepburn?

((Have I met your character yet?)) The Doctor wanted a holiday, the last time he tried to have a holiday, he ended up crashing his TARDIS in the Pacific Ocean, he decided to go to Hollywood, he'd let the TARDIS pick the date. The sound of the TARDIS landed is one he liked, he could use the stabilizers, but without, it was much more fun. ((Take that River  )) When he walked into the party, he was suprised, he didn't expect to be in a party, as he kept walking, he was even more suprised, as he fell into the pool in front of him. |

((yes many times before. first was during a sontarian attack. since then you and Christian have become quite good friends. but you've never met him in your fifth incarnation yet. however Christian always seems to recognize you.))
Christian as well as a few others from the party laughed at the site of him falling in the pool. most thinking him a gust who had had to much to drink. Christian made his way over to the pool stretching out his hand to your offering you a helping hand out.
"whats up doc?" he said with a smile quoting bugs bunny as he always did.

"I know" said Christian, "my my doctor this is a surprise. you know out of all your incarnations i dare say I've always found this way the most pleasing to the eye." said Christian flirting with the doctor a little as he always did out of fun.
"so I'm guessing your here on holiday?" He looked him over seeing as he was soaked to the gills and said. "come on inside will get you a change of clothing. I'm sure George has a spare tux. he always likes to have one lyeing around for when he has one of his boys acompany him somwplace!"

"Oh, yes that would be good, this takes ages to dry...." The Doctor said, "yes i'm here on a holiday, my last try didn't go so well."

"sorry to hear that." said Christian.
he escorted the doctor upstairs to one of the empty bedrooms laying the tux out for him on the bed. he waited in the other room waiting for the doctor to change.
"hope it fits." said Christian looking himself over in the mirror. "you know doctor if you've nothing better to do later perhaps you'd like to go out with me and Cary."

The Doctor looked at the suit, and took the piece of celery off his own outfit, lifting up the shirt, he promply, stuck the celery into the suit.
After he had changed, he went into the room Christian was in, and said.
"Cary, as in Cary Grant? Good old Archie! Lovely fellow he is, I was actually an extra in one of the films he was in, you may have heard of it, She Done Him Wrong, it was called."
((Archie is Cary's actual name, Cary Grant was just a stage name.))

Really? well I wasn't aware. are you surprised that he and I keep good company? after all I don't think this incarnation is very familiar with my love life...
Said Christian making his way looking the doctor over. "you know you better watch out doc. you'll make Cary Jealous hanging around me looking like that!"
Later down stairs at the party Christian mad his way over introducing the doctor to all his friends. "Hello every one like you to meet a friend of mine. Doctor this is Geroge Cukor, Cary you know, Spencer Tracy, Humphrey Bogart and Lauren. every one this is my friend the doctor."

"Hello, Archie! Long time no see!"
The Doctor said.
"Hello there Doctor! You some whiskey?! It's fine, lovely, marvellous!"
An obviously drunk Humphrey Bogart shouted at the Doctor, showing him a half empty bottle.
"Oh no thank you, I gave up alcohol a while ago," The Doctor said politely, pushing away the bottle.
"See? There's a man who knows how to keep himself healthy! No wonder he's called the Doctor!" Humphrey replied, laughing, and taking another swig from the glass bottle.
