I was considering the many types of diet types out there, wanting to lose this bit of middle fat. Thankfully I found this site which showed what diets were just plain bogus:) Saved me a bit of money!!! It also tells of other on-line health scams. www.healthhound.org/

I been blessed like David Tennant. Being thin.
But I don't really think diets do not really work. The 'fab' ones that say YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT IN 30 days etc. Or why not use aliens that can eat your fat away!
But seriously people always bring what George Burns say... "Eat less"
Here is an example try to cut down what your eating and do more excerise. Yes! It's simple and it should be simple!
But when you go out to eat. Half what you get and eat the other for dinner etc.
The diets that are on the market helps certain TYPES of bodies or the person who created. This means we are unique and we are individuals. That means you need to figure what your body wants.
See nutrition they tell you what need to eat and use that knowledge make your meals or what you eat. And soon in time you lose your weight ON YOUR NAME DIET because it WILL work but you got to work on it! Make a plan and stick with it. And I garantee you lose your weight "NATURALY" and a very "HEALTHY way.
Drink water before you eat. It fill you up. A neat secret but effective. This is why I can't drink milk because it fills me up.
And have fun making your diet. Make a program and just have fun! And you can make it fit in your budget. It is a diet plan dream that comes true because you got to figure it out and when you eat less and listen to your body you be doing great.
Listen to your body means when you have this feeling for spinach for no reason. body saying Hello I need iron in me! If you feel like oranges...Hello I need Vitamin C. You feel tired. Hello body says I need Vitamin B.. Trust me the body tells you what you need.
Hard shoulder, lower back pain. Hello I am stress. Can we relax and not get so stress there is so much I can take...LOL
