Canon/Original: Canon, from the First Doctor
Name: The Celestrial Toymaker
Age: Unknown, but let's just say a few centuries old
Species: Unknown, probably of a species related to the Q Continuim as the powers seem similar
Planet of Origin: Unknown again
Occupation: Villian!!!!!
Physical Description: He has the form of a rather thin middle-aged man. Wears a very ornate robe which looks a bit Oriental with a high collar. His hat also looks having a Chinese style.
Personality: He seems harmless, just an older guy wanting to play a game, but his games are twisted and dangerous, his opponents more often lose big, as in their lives!!! In his own world he can create almost unlimited types of games but he's still restricted to such down-to-earth things such as the Laws of Physics;) Out of his realm though he is pretty much powerless. He has to trick people in, he can't force them. He also abides by the rules of his own games, he doesn't -quite- cheat in that respect. He likes to animate dolls with the essence of some of his losing players, making them his 'servants' and often destroys them without a moment's thought when they don't meet his standards. However powerful he may be he can still be out-witted by a quick move in a game as he concentrates on only one at a time.
History: The Doctor had run into the CT in his first life and again as the 8th. Both times the being was out-witted by the Time Lord and is eager to try inviting him for some more 'fun and games' Little is known about the Toymaker outside of his own world but it seems clear he has at least observed the planet Earth as so many of his games seemed based on the toys and games humans use.
