A Spring In Her Step(OPEN)

Paisley began to walk down a sidewalk. She put her Ipod,and earphones in,and began to listen to her music. Then she took out a book,and began to read,all the while she began to walk faster. As she was walking,she found herself becomming quite bored,so she began to hum along to her favorite song,which oddly enough was "Shake It Up" by Selena Gomez. She loved that song so much,she began to sing,loudly and off-key,but she began to sing. "Don’t like waiting Lets go right now! Gotta’ hit the ground,Dancing before the music slows down!" That was her favorite line in the song. She smiled. She thought she was perfect,but it was pretty obvious she wasnt. She sang off-key,she often tripped,and when she danced,well...she broke all of the mirrors,falling. Really the only thing she was good at was acting,but she liked to think she was perfect. She sighed,then continued to walk.

She ran into someone. She didnt know who,though. She got herself up off the ground,took her ear-plugs out,and smiled. "Hello. Paisley Lively." She paused,and held out her hand for the person to shake. "Aspiring actress today,next big thing tommorow." She said in her sing-song voice,very loudly. She was confident that within the next few years she would be famous,and on screens across America. She was just waiting for her starring moment to happen. She knew it wouldn't happen in a little while,but she just had to stay confident,and try and act like she knew that it would happen. Paisley smiled,and waited for the person she ran into's reply.

Tyler frowned at the girl who had run into him. "I....uh.....you really ought to watch where you are going."

A pocket watch had fallen on the ground when the girl had bumped into him. He bent over to pick it up. Tyler couldn't see the strange circular writing on it. To him, it just looked like a plain watch that he knew to be broken.

Tyler felt uncomfortable around this person who had declared that she would be an actress someday.

What was that noise? Zero glanced down, with bleary eyes, and saw some girl walking along singing a song that he didn't really like, and she was singing it out of tune.

He murbled something and then rolled over falling out of the tree. He landed on both legs and one hand, got up and dusted himself off. Falling asleep in a tree must have been one Hell of a party. Zero kept walking on towards the girl. He could just walk past her and the man she was talking to and then find his TAR-

Oh dear ... his eyes glimpsed a chameleon arc, he had to do a double take but it was definitely a chameleon arc. Zero watched the man pick it up and then took a few steps back. Just hovering near a tree, he wanted to see what was going to happen ...

A man also walked down the sidewalk, he had a funny feeling about something, but he was somewhat focused on something else, he had to get to a friend's place, he went around the man and woman, the man seemed, familiar, was that Tyler?

He had to keep walking before he realised who he was, although he mightn't, depending on where he was in his timeline. Then, he realised what it was, another Time Lord? His eyes turned in the direction of the sense, why hadn't he picked this up before?

"Hello," he said to the man.

As Tyler glanced around, having deposited the watch back into his pocket, he had the uneasy feeling that he was being watched. He looked around himself carefully, his eyes settling on two other men, both seemed to have taken an interest in him. Neither of them really looked like a threat to him, but still....was he supposed to know them? Perhaps they were fellow students at his school....possibly in a class or two with him.

Not wanting to really stare at them, Tyler just stood there, his eyes going to his feet. Someone had bumped into him and now there were people who had looked at him. Was something on his shirt? Was his hair sticking up in the back in a weird way? He wasn't certain, but he'd just stand there and see what other people would do -- how they would react to him.

Another Time Lord, Zero looked at the man who'd just addressed him letting his eyes scan up and down and then nodded.
"Hey," He said, raising a hand to say he'd acknowledged the persons existence "You here about me or him?"

He leaned back against the tree and then realised something, he quickly glanced at the Time Lord beside him.
"Have you seen a top hat anywhere? mine appears to have disappeared ..."

"I'm not here about anyone, I'm just here," The General said, "A Top hat? No, not that I can remember, I never saw you on Gallifrey, what's your name?"

Tyler was standing close enough to the two men that he could overhear their conversation. One of them had said something about Gallifrey -- a small town in which he had spent some of his years growing up. So that must have been where the one man had seen him before -- when he was living there. Relaxing some, Tyler made his way to the two men talking.

Not wishing to be rude, he spoke, "So....you lived in Gallifrey at one time?"

Zero frowned, "in"? Surely he meant "on"? No wait .... oh yeah, he had a chameleon arc didn't he. Zero's frown disappeared and then reappeared when he thought of something else.
"Hang on! How can you know what Gallifrey is?" He asked.

Probably something left over in his mind, so, how can you dectect chameleon arched people anyway? I can't do that... and yes, I did read your mind, so, which chapter are you from Zero? The General sent to Zero.

"No, one of my friends lives there, but I don't know where it is, do you know where it is?" The General asked the man.

To say the least Ishmael wasn't looking for Time Lords. He would find them eventually especially The Doctor. He had a bone to pick with that one but it wasn't a big issue now. No his Tardis was safely docked at harbor his 'crew' getting a few supplies before they head out into the vast network of Time and Space. And like most good captains he was without a thing to do. Nothing need his tending nor his attention that is how he found himself among the others and the word Gallifrey. He knew that they were Time Lords because no human no species in the whole of existence would talk of Gallifrey with such...longing in their hearts then a Time Lord. He himself finally understood creatures without a home. Because he didn't have one himself. He merely listened to the conversation without entering.

"These Time Lords sure are a talkative bunch," he thought to himself, "Must be Castellans." He leaned against a tree to listen better.

"I have this amazing special ability," Zero thought back to ... he quickly scanned over the individuals brain to pick the name out "The General" ... why did he have a bad feeling about this? "I watch him drop a chameleon arch out of his pocket and then put two and two together,"

He decided not to answer the bit about which chapter he was in, didn't want to let a military leader know that he'd deserted the Time War due to what was essentially boredom. Just in case he decided to throw up some weak mental barriers and start thinking about unicorns no ... unicorns are scary ... his hat yes, focus on his hat.

Zero held a hand out to greet the arched Time Lord.
"Good morning my name is Hezekiah ..." He wracked his brain to think of a good surname to fit with the alias he'd given but since he was still trying to keep the General from reading his mind came out with "... Hat, Hezekiah Hat,"

Tyler glanced between the two men, assuming that both were from the tiny town of Gallifrey. Tyler then replied, not sure whether the question about how he knew Gallifrey was addressed to him or the other man.

"Well, sir, I'm not sure whether you were addressing that question to me -- the one about how I knew about Gallifrey....but I lived there a while while I was growing up. I'm actually surprised myself to have met other people from that town. You're actually the first people I've spoken of who have heard of it. I suppose that isn't that surprising, though."

Tyler was equally confused by the other man's question. Was that addressed to him or the first man? The one who had asked how one of them had known about Gallifrey. In case the second question was addressed to him -- the location -- Tyler responded.

"Oh...my mistake. I thought that both of you had been to the town of Gallifrey, but perhaps not. Well, it's a little town in England, but it is out in the middle of nowhere. It seems that most people have never heard of it...but both of you have at least heard of it...."

It was then that Tyler noticed yet another man step forward and lean against a tree. He almost looked as though he were listening in on the conversation.

Drawing his attention back to the two people he was talking to, Tyler saw that the original one had stuck out his hand to him. Tyler reached out his own hand to meet Zero's. "Good morning, Hezekiah Hat, my name is Tyler Smith."

These people were certainly friendly. Tyler smiled. He wished more people were friendly.

Zero pulled his hand away gently and then shook it around in front of him. Yeah he felt Time Lord, but how'd he arced. Time to go searching for clues.
"I like your watch," Zero remarked "Very nice, my sister had one just like it,"
