Personality: Curious, Charismatic, Interestingly he feels the need to help others as long as they do not disappoint him.
Lives by a specific code that he doesn't share or impose on others beyond silently judging them. Deceptive doesn't outright lie as much as speak of things vaguely and uses opposing connotation to his opinion, his mainly monotone voice adds to confusion.
History: Graduated from school, Enlisted the army at the age of 19, Serving 2 Tours and being amazed by the vast emptiness of space. At the earliest opportunity he settled down as a freelance explorer taking any job worth his time. On his last mission: a High risk information extraction. While searching the planet approaching a black hole his employer uncovered a Well of energy sealed by Time Lords eons before. After experiencing a flash of this energy his emergency transportation device brought him back into the ship but too late for the Event horizon to be upon them freezing time for both the ship and the small planet. An hour after the planet is enveloped in the energy breaking several constants of physics and causing a large outburst of energy.
Additional medical information Some would question his sanity.
Halted aging because of his"Rebirth"
Note: He possesses no energy manipulation abilities he's just "Broken" in some way.
