Character name: Correon (though his real name is longer)

Appearance: Light brown, very short hair, blue eyes, medium build
Home planet and time period: Gallifrey
Character background and other important information: Is a professor at the Academy and also is on the Time Lord Council. He is a very respected Time Lord. Aragorn is one of his favorite students -- as Aragorn was the only Time Lord to ever solve a certain math equation n his class....though older Time Lords were able to solve it later. Aragorn was able to solve it when he was a little kid. He was also a good friend of Aragorn's father.
Important Medical information about character: has two hearts -- so two pulses in wrists and other pulse points, regenerates when injured fatally, has a respiratory by-pass system when in a situation when normally there is not enough oxygen, blood is different composition than humans. Skin is a cooler temperature than humans, and has a 60 degree internal body temperature
