Name: John Smith Usually nicknamed J or whatever people call him… to confusing on his full name. Orghackmistelaholentum or John... if gets confusing with the doctor names of john smith call him smith. He may not like it but he’s used to it, also been nicknamed jam? O.o I think it’s because of his liking for Jam sandwiches I’ve got to find out.

Age: uhhh 900

Species: Time Lord (Reverted Time Lord)

Planet of Origin: Galifrey

Occupation: Trapped in the parallel world with Seth and working for Torchwood?

Physical Description: Tall, brown darkish, redish blue eyes, skinny looks familiar to the tenth doctor. Except for differences of course (Duh)… Scruffy looking with a grayish white shirt, dark brown/black jacket and skinny jeans or something else. He wears something different every day but is usually seen with a big smile plastered on his face.

Personality: Funny, smart doesn’t think of himself as a genius more of a typical average guy. Generous, kind and knows sign language. He doesn’t hurt anyone. Also he has taken a lot of most his personality from Seth, otherwise he is usually quiet and won’t talk to anyone.

History: He grew up on his own with his parents always working he didn’t have much to do or anyone to play with, when he reached eight and entered academy he found himself making friends with a bunch of terrors but never got in trouble. The mute thing happened when he was born along with the reverted regeneration (Kinder like some retarded people if you understand) nobody knew what was wrong and dismissed it so John doesn’t know what is wrong with him and never asked. He’s always been quiet and tries to communicate with everyone anyway he can learning sign language when he landed on earth and he learned how to lip read knowing what people say. He disappeared soon after not to be heard from again until appearing soon after the time war… Want to find out more find out in role-play his life is mine.


Additional medical information: He’s never far away from Seth (Clone Doctor), Mute and knows sign language and lips read. He also reverts to one incarnation every time he regenerates nobody as of yet knows how this happens.

Reverted Time Lords for Dummies: (Me included to the dummies so take no offence) This is something that rarely happens. For example take the doctor’s eleventh incarnation right! Keeping up. Good. Well think of it as when something bad happens like in an accident or mentally ill paitents on earth. Retarded people stop at some age or another and won’t grow up physically yes they grow but the mind stays at that certain age doesn’t it? Still there? I hope so anyway for a reverted Time Lord it’s like that except you stop physically and literally at one incarnation and just don’t regenerate. Of course there are set backs you grow like normal and age of course you still have the mind of what you are so that’s all well and good…. Blimey I didn’t know that before it’s like telling a story a wonderful one with a sad ending. I hate sad endings don’t work out well really do they. Urhhh oops back to what I was telling you before my gobby mouth went on about stories and don’t get me started it took me an hour before to shut up so please no stories. Right well where was i? oh yea now not all Time Lords have this otherwise it’d be a mayhem city and we don’t want that do we? No certain time lords or what you call them anyway and confusions my game so keep up if your lost from my chit chat. I’m lost again reminds me when I got lost on the moon well I thought it was the moon to begin with turned out to be my backyard so there yah go even backyards can be a lost city when you think of it. The regeneration process doesn’t know what to do so it’s at a loss and all it can do is go on as normal except when they regenerate they stay in the new incarnation for a while, right this is where MR Time Lord comes in (Confused? So am I… it’s the eleventh not picking on him I wish ~Eyes raggedy~ why do you do this to me). Right you got that bit for what it is now before any complaints come i shall explain him for you... (still in progress... Don't ask for anything yet) ( For those less to understand not calling you dumb your not. in short term something happend to him when he regenerated first time to appear how he is and long version will explain more detailed when i come up with it)

Mute and Lip reading in one for Time Lords: This just means he’s decided to learn lip reading he may hear but not all Time Lords and Humans and whoever else on the list knows what he’s saying and probably don’t look at him when he’s asking something typical. It’s probably why he only trusts Seth the poor guy. Well this is coming like my reverted time Lords for dummies a lot of talk about random things I wish I’d stop it honestly. See your mute you want someone looking at you so when they aren’t and are looking sideways or if he just feels like not listening he’ll always know what everyone’s saying probably. He doesn’t lip read all the time just when he wants or needs to. (Want more please ask and ye shall receive within a couple of days or weeks)
Yes he understands some can’t read his sign language so he’s devised that if people can lip read they can know what he’s saying when he tries to speak without sound and on paper if people cant understand either one or the other. Does that please you my masters.

In the Parallel World for Time Lord Dummies: (No pun intended literally means time lord beginners on how he got into the parallel world) I bet your just wandering if I’m going to yap again aren’t you I bet you are I can see it in your face… yup I’m babbling again. Now you give me half a chance and I’d put a character in the void house and make him happy living there but that I wouldn’t do it’s mean and don’t think time lords would be happy there. Couple things about John Smith that I would like you to address before I can approve of him.
1.) If his name is John Smith, it might get confusing, since that's the name that the Doctor likes to go by when he is sort of undercover. Not saying that I won't allow it -- just something to think about. If you are okay with possible confusion, then it is okay.

2.) Define what you mean by a reverted Time Lord

3.) You say that he can lip read, yet you just said he was mute. Does this mean that he is deaf as well? Mute, in and of itself, just means that the person can't talk. That says nothing about their ability to hear. If you want him to be both mute and deaf, that's fine....I just want a little clarification.

4.) Explain how he survived the Time War.

5.) Explain how he got into the parallel world -- was he in the parallel world during the Time War?

6.) If he's in the Doctor's Parents board, then is he older than the Doctor?

okay -- tell me when you have come up with an answer for all of the questions that I asked.

Also, you didn't really answer my question about the mute/deaf thing. Do you want him to be deaf as well as mute? Lip reading is generally for someone who cannot hear. Mutes can hear, they just can't speak. Now, by lip read, did you mean that he's going to have other people lip read him? Like him moving his mouth the way that he would if he could actually speak?

Let me get this straight -- he's a Time Lord who all of a sudden cannot change appearance when he regenerates? Is that what you meant? If so, what caused this? Please explain.
