'Kay, so I have two characters I'd like to submit first, but due to the whole account thing, I'm unsure on how to do it, so, I'll just post the one for now. I've put specific information for certain RP's, with the name of that RP in brackets....

Name: The Mentalist
Age: 900+ [Similar age to Doctor]
Species: Time Lord (Regular RP) Human, Chameleon Arched.
Planet of Origin: Gallifrey
Occupation: Being insane.
Physical Description: Has short, light, sandy blonde hair, with matching stubble. Has strong coloured sea lue eyes. Wears a white with blue pinstriped shirt. Sometimes wears white t-shirt underneath, when top two buttons are undone. Wears black jeans, with a matching belt. Also wears black trainers, with dark blue stripes and white laces. Also wears black half rimmed glasses, when reading and a heavy silver watch. Wears a pendant, which is an empty vial on a thin chain. This vial only visile when top two buttons on are undone, and is fused with skin. Has Time Lord writing all over surface, gold etched. Also has a variety of physical scars in various places, mostly on his arms and chest. Has two scars over the locations of both hearts, one scar per heart. Is never seen to carry a weapon blatantly on his person, but carries a pocket knife, in which the blade flips out and can be placed back in. On the blade are the inscriptions his title in Gallifreyan.
Personality: The Mentalist is an intelligent Time Lord, but has a large personality disorder. Suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder, of which consists of two seperate personalities, with conflicting views and attitudes towards certain things. This is why he goes by two Alias's when undercover, however, when around other Time Lords, he simply refer's to himself as The Mentalist. His lighter personality, the one that goes by the alias of Nicholas, is that of a very intelligent man, who is often witty and quick, and allures everyone into thinking he is kind, but this an act played for killing. The true personality of this side, is that he is a cold, calculating killer who enjoys torturing people, physically or mentally. He prefer's a mix of both, to taunt the person while they are in some kind of pain. He enjoys reading, mostly murder mystery's and is clever enough to figure out who did it, what method, and how they could've done it better, showing his intelligence. He is classed as clinically insane and this is shown better in his other side, the one with the alias of Nathan. This side of him, is the more ruthless and impulsive side, and has an incredible bloodlust that radiates off of him. He can kill without remorse, and takes no pleasure in torture of his victims. He takes more pleasure in the physical aspect of killing, he enjoys the feeling of a knife cutting through flesh etc. This side cannot mask itself in the same way the other one can, and does not posses patience or the same level of intelligence as it's other half. The two can never fuse together, and only one personality can control the body at once. He is not hypnotic and he cannot communicate with other beings telepathically, such as an exchange of speech mentally outside of himself. He does not react well to other trying to contact telepathically with him, often lashing out if they do so. (Regular RP) However, both can be controlled with the right, but incredibly high, dosage of medication. Usually, with medication under chameleon arch, quite a plesant human man can have the odd hiccup of nasty behavior.
History: Was a cheery child, who developed a stutter and showed a good talent in playing the piano. After looking into the vortex, began to suffer MPD and changed totally. Became a far nastier child, who bullied and threatened a few around him, who eventually distanced himself from his family. As he grew older, he became more violent, developing into a killer. On his 17th (?) birthday, obtained his trademark knife and became a paid assasin alongside. Did not pay attention in school, and quickly became a wanted man. After being caught murdering another Time Lord, he was sentenced for a term in prision, only to be admitted to an aslyum instead. Spent the majority of his adult years in there, unable to cope with treatment well and still a threat to the general public. Met a girl there, and fell for her. Eventually, was enrolled into the army for the Time War. (Regular RP) Escaped the Time War, by being chameleon arched and put onto another planet, as a back-up plan for the Time Lord army, if all else went wrong. Now happily lives unaware of his past on Earth with his wife, under the name of Nicholas Lent. Still suffers from his MPD, but is controlled with medication and wife's threapy.
Additional medical information: (Regular Requires constant medication to control Multiple Personality Disorder, usually high dosages of Lithium tablets, taken three times a day. If one is missed, the results can be easily shown. Also suffers from occasional withdrawl symptoms. Smoker.
