Species: Thyrolian. [Advanced Humanoid beings, sharing a lot in common with humans. They are relatively close to humans, sharing the same physical appearance and range of emotions. The biological make-up is a little different, their circulatory systems far more complex and adaptive than humans, skeletal structures are similar, and their muscle tissue is far stronger. Tend to be sparked off easily and burn with rage/anger.]
Planet of Origin: Planet67.delta1.T [Now extinct. Similar to Earth, but underwent a civil war. Was a beautiful place, with very high trees and dense forests that led to clearings. Civilizations were technically more advanced than that of Earth, the west the leading area. Rivers and open water present also.]
Occupation: Leading a criminal gang.
Physical Description: 5"8 Tall, Slim. Dark Hazel eye color. Has long, dark brown hair, which sits about halfway down the back. She also has long fringe that sits over the left eye, which in turn, covers the majority of the left side of the face. Right side of face is normal, looks human, but when fringe covering left side is lifted, left side has various scars, turned white from age and healing process. Left eye also is scarred down from eye brow to beneath eye lid, and when eye is opened, scar continues through onto eye itself. Due to this, left eye is blind, has no color and very little pupil. Usually closed and covered. Usually wears long sleeved black leather trench coat, with a plain black t-shirt and dark jeans. Also wears heavy duty boots, which too, are black. Always wears a glove on her left hand in public. Never rolls up her left sleeve or takes off left glove, without good reason. Could be seen as 'pretty' when seeing only right side, but to most, she is very strange. Her left arm, from the shoulder down is a metal arm. All wires are kept inside metal casing, which is quite clean and polished often. Due to this, the majority of her left torso is scar tissue. Has an elegant but strong build to her.
Personality: She is first and foremost seen as a leader. She has a strong will, can be quite serious (but can take or tell a joke), is spiteful and cynical, tough, and very confidence, often tilting into arrogance. Has anger problems. However, after gaining her friendship she has a soft spot for you, and can be very kind and protecting. She will often offer advice and listen, but can plan very well and is seen as tactically very intelligent. Can speak English, but cannot count very well.
History: V.J Rodriguez was born to a happy family, consisting of; Mother, Father, two elder siblings (sister and brother), Grandparents and Uncle. Lived a cheerful and fulfilling childhood life up until the age of four, when her father left her family, stating that he was 'going on a trip'. He never returned, leaving her mother to cope with her three children. It was then her Uncle slipped into the role of the fatherly figure and a strong bong grew between them. He would visit often, the first person to greet him into the house being little V.J. Eventually, the two became close to inseparable, and he took her under his wing as a fighting apprentice, teaching her everything he could about physical attack and defense. This continued until a her early teenage years, when things turned sour.
She eventually ended up leaving her family home, having a large family dispute between herself and mother, which then turned her siblings against her. In true childlike fashion, she slipped out in the middle of the night, and ran to her Uncles house, taking up residence there. A few court cases were passed, her Uncle gaining full custody of his niece and so life seemed to be on the up. Her life went well for another few years, until the outbreak of first a cold war between two countries on Delta.T, which escalated into a full blown civil war.
Everything that meant anything to her was destroyed and she was forced to flee. She spent time on the run, until she suffered a horrendous injury and found herself in a refugee camp, in the central region. It was there she met her current boyfriend, who fitted her with her robotic arm. At first, they simply started out as friends, but as time went by and speech was exchanged, they realized what they had and became a couple. The whole camp found reason to celebrate and the two were praised for their achievements.
It was not long after, the opposing side found the camp and did with it as they pleased. They found her arm most intriguing, and decided to carry out various experiments, to see how her body was to react. She was violently tortured, in the name of 'science' and used as a human lab rat for various experiments. Her eyes was blinded during these processes and the events traumatized her emotionally for life. It changed her personality drastically.
Eventually, she got so torn apart by being tortured, her ideas changed drastically. She tried to nurse herself back to decent strength, then staged a break-out attempt, taking as many of her fellow prisoners as she could. During this, she developed her small following of those who are grateful for her deed and earned the nickname, Gunman.
Escaped to earth and set up a small criminal gang, to mantain all the families living needs in her block of flats. At first, the gang only carried out petty jobs, but eventually, the larger gangs found out about Gunman's fighting abilities and set her an assassination. She succeeded and became a paid assassin. Now she only ventures out on more serious jobs and her own solo missions, of which the gang has very little knowledge about.
Has become close friends with two members of the gang and divides her spare time between them. Does not attend school and has spent a fair amount of time in prison. However her criminal record is not as serious as her actual events. Has serious smoking and drug problems and often relapses. Her reputation often precedes her and sits with the underworld overlords of the city, often regarded as one of highest in ranking.
Additional medical information; Metal arm needs constant repair and re-wiring, due to wear. Smoker and drug user.
