Having bad guys plot is fun.

Species: Pasejinar (original species -- looks similar to humans and Time Lords, but a trained eye can spot slight differences. They tend to have more hair on their bodies, are more muscular than humans, and tend to have bigger hands.)
Age: 45
Appearance: looks fairly human -- see above, red hair, beard, big bones and very muscular, fairly tall, brown eyes
Planet of Origin : Pasejinar (jungle planet -- other people can make stuff up about it...I don't care)
Character background and other important information: is plotting to take over Earth
Occupation: a politician, speaker, and scientist
Personality: Calculating, mischievous, arrogant, thinks that he is the most special being in the universe. He is a speaker at events, always trying to win people's approval. He started a newsletter in which people pay him money to publish his thoughts and ideas. They can send him questions about anything, and he will answer them in his newsletter, for a fee.
History: Used to be a miner on his home planet, but he rose to fame with his scholarly works. He now has aspirations for taking over not only his own planet, but the entire universe.
