I'm going to start a thread about the Eighth Doctor materializing in the hold of a ship, the Queen Anne's Revenge, to be exact! (For those who don't follow the swashbuckling scene, that's Blackbeard's ship;) )
Yep! The Eighth and Blackbeard! So come on aboard and we'll set sail! It won't always be on the Revenge, there's other ships that could be plundered and then there's the pirate ports on Jamaca!
Come be a pirate (There's no one playing Blackbeard for the moment.) or an outraged innocent person who just wanted a simple cruise or business trip before it got rather rudely interrupted. Maybe you've always wanted to run an inn, there's plenty to be had on the beaches of Jamaca or anywhere other pirate stronghold in the Caribbean! There's plenty of room for adventure on this trip:)

yeah...I knew you did...but I couldn't think how to spell it. What you had looked wrong -- I thought there was an i in there...but I didn't think to tr the a and i together....so I'll correct it on the official ad on support

I had this one neat plot once. (two years ago about) If you like I could be like the narrator/gamemaster of this story of mine. It's a Universe where there is a space pirate ship like a real gallantry war boat floats in space like the titantic. The story is about the Doctor discovers he can save the human race in this universe. You are wondering how? Simple on that ship there is a woman who works with the pirates but that woman is pregnant. Pregnant with who? simple. The baby inside her is the man who created the CYBERMEN who does wipe out the universe in time with his cybermen...so the Doctor has an option a let the baby be born or kill it? but the mother is very protective and all the pirates are too. oh dear what a story eh? How do feel on that one?
or here is another fun one.
A void type box....the Doctor and a Dalek are stuck in a white box. The Daleks stuff does not work and the Doctor screwdriver does not work. BOTH are the LAST of their kind and need to use each other to get out. That one can be used for character development etc.
And what about sand pirates? sorry I shut up now!

I seemed to recall there being a DW show featuring pirates. It was titled 'The Pirate Planet' with the 5th Doctor and K-9. I don't remember too much of the show aside from K-9 blasting the captain's robot parrot! |

Yes there is, the Fourth Doctor, K-9 and Romana I. Is the second serial from the Key of Time ark.
