I have called this meeting because someone would like to create an offspring of the Doctor. I thought we should all discuss this. First, though, we need to do a roll call.
I will need the following members to be present:
the individual who wants to create the character
the Tenth Doctor (which is myself)
the Ninth Doctor
the Sixth Doctor/Susan
the Second Doctor
That way we can kind of come to an agreement about this

I am here, I'm the one who wants to make the Doctor's Child...or an unknown grandchild or whatever works best for you guys. Yay! Typically Gallifreyans would live on Gallifrey -- so I think if you can come up with a reason for your character to escape the Time War, that would be good. |

Didn't want to fight in the Time War, Ran away, or was sent away by a friend or something at the very beginning of the Time War in secret.
Also how does one go about getting a TARDIS in game rather then starting with one?

you could just start playing someone's TARDIS okay...sure... The character could get out before the time lock |

Also which would be better Doctor's kid or Grandchild? Can't decide. and hello to all other DOCTORS, POPUP BLOCKERS ARE INEFFECTIVE AGAINST TIME LORDS according to the picture I found.

Well, if you were the Doctor's grandchild, there'd be a possibility that Susan and they were siblings. Which would be insanely strange/awesome. 
Personally I'm up for either. (:

doesn't matter -- but if you are a grandchild, I need to know whether it is a sibling of Susan's or a cousin
