Questions of TIME

Yeah lame title but anyway
I really hope I'm allowed to post here because the only threads I see in this area are made by The Tenth Doctor, Susan and Queen so I don't know. well anyway I have questions regarding my character in the making.

i want to be a Time Lord but I want to be in the boards past teh Time War. How could I do this, I wanted to make my character younger then the Doctor but I can't think of how that would work.

Can I be in all the boards I want, like....all of them to certain degrees?

To answer your questions:

1.) You can be a Time Lord as long as you're not born after the Time War and you can think up a way for your character to survive the Time War (and I approve of it)

2.) Your character can be younger than the Doctor as long as he/she is born before the Time War.

3.) Yes, you can be in any and all boards that you want
