Are you able to post anywhere on the board? The whole thing is mostly guest friendly...so see if you can post anywhere...
I don't understand what you mean when you say there is no message board in the New Comers board.
Also, any Time Lord after the Time War has to have a reason for being alive. chameleon arched or whatever, like the Master was.
