Well it's a bit quiet around here so I think I'm gonna have to let Efnysien out from in front of his mirror soon.
If you haven't already noticed, the bits I wrote in his bio are un-cannon, because well, there isn't a whole lot on Weeping Angels in the Wiki. So if anyone knows anything that conflicts with what I wrote PM me please with a link to your source.
Lone Angel:
Rivel san is where Efnysien ends up. if you read his character bio you'll see the events leading up to it. He has indeed landed back in time in the Tenth Doctor's era.
Rivel san is an out of the way planet, but occasionally sees the rare tourist or two. The only draw are the tunnels, made from the glassy obsdinian c. A black, highly reflective surface. The floor of these caverns are covered with a moss which glows a rainbow of shades that change as it comes into contact with heat. Even the small amount from a human hand is enough to change the color. Needless to say, its somewhere the Doctor would definently take his companion.
