Requirements for joining:
- Site must be completely compliant with ProBoards TOS. This means that a site wishing to join the webring must not have any adult content whatsoever. This even includes having marked M rated threads, boards, password protected boards, and PM's. None of these things are allowed, according to Proboards TOS.
- The site can be about anything -- doesn't have to be a Doctor Who or science fiction related site.
