Koschei wandered around the city.
"How can they be captivated by silly advertisements of cola, and bubblegum?" he said looking at the electronic billboards that covered the city, he had travelled to 2010 Tokyo, and using a vortex manipulator, he had wandered the universe to find parts for his TAQDIS, unaware that the plans he was using were not finished, and if he used it, the whole of time might break.
He had found the last piece in 139355 France, but he had come here because of the elctronic power consumed here, he would need it to power up the TAQDIS, in a few years, they would find a new source of energy in the universe itself, so it had to be this period.
He wandered into an abandoned warehouse, noone could see him fitting the final piece to the TAQDIS, he attached it, but as he was about to use it, someone appeared, and he started to get up.

"Koschei you idiot!" The Bringer exclaimed as he TAQDIS'd into the warehouse, "You don't know what you're doing!"

Just then, the General appeared behind a box, just in time to hear Koschei's statement about not caring about his death.
"Well, this isn't gonna help then." He said to himself, looking at his ring.

The Professor, having helped Tyler, appeared with a Vortex Manipulator on her wrist. "Koschei?" She whispered, stepping from the corner she was in. "Master," she said, knowing this man was not the Koschei she knew and was bound to. This man was the Master. The killer. The murderer. The madman. It hurt her heart but she didn't let it show.
"Master, I'll go with you."

"This could be the chance to end him though, oh what do do?" The General tossed up these ideas in his mind. Finally, he got up, and said,
"Koschei, you are trapped, I could end you here, and time would be saved."

The Professor, Echo, now in front of the Time Lords, using the name forced upon her when she was bounded to stay with Koschei by Rassilon, stood by his side.
She looked different. Tired and her eyes were older. Her hair was cut. She hadn't seen him in what felt like years since that time with Tyler. She had stayed on Earth. Stayed out of the way and away from as many people as she could, but feeling the tug of the Master, she appeared in the same room, looking at the man who was the Master and not the Koschei she knew.

"Well then, kill me..." He said, he waited for a moment, holding his hands out wide, and started laughing manically, "you goodies are too predictable, well, since noone's willing to stop me, adios!"
He pushed a button on the broken TAQDIS, he dissapeared, and all hell broke loose.

The whole ground shook, toppling The General over onto the ground. He saw a piece of the roof fall towards him. Time went slow at that point, he could slowly see the chunk of rubble falling towards him, falling, and him programming his Vortex Manipulator to anywhere but here, he pressed a red button, and hoped it did something... As he disappeared he saw the building crumble to the ground.

Echo stayed next to the Master, or with him rather, feeling herself break at the destruction. This is why she had waited. Till her time was up.
