Tyler extended his arm to Kyra and walked into the TARDIS after his brother. "Right...so....you've changed the inside decorations again, haven't you? Wow...looks nice."
He glanced around the interior of the TARDIS, taking in the current theme and decorations. "What's the name of this desktop theme?" It looked rather white to him -- but it looked polished and well kept.
(isn't Six's TARDIS mostly white? Oh...and Scarlett, can you bring your characters into the Susan thread...like we started of the fanfiction one? As for having Ten meet Six...okay...we can do it in Ten's board...can happen in whatever thread you want and whenever.)

[ooc| yeah. It's all white except for the weird pink thingy on the console. I'm guessing we should start a new thread... unless the TARDIS randomly freaks out and throws them on Earth. Up to you guys~]
"Thanks. I didn't change it much. My companion does keep the TARDIS clean, though." He affirmed, hanging his umbrella up and leaning against the console. "Fusion!" Six answered with a grin. "I tried Coral, but it reminded me way too much of a cafe. And it was rather tempting to hang a tire swing from the corals..." He trailed off, mental images of him swinging throughout time and space drifting through his thoughts.
His eyebrows furrowed as Kyra specified a year. An oddly specific year. "Sure. The year twenty seven thousand nine hundred and fifty three in the nonfashionable culture of Verandelsia IV comin' up!" Comin'? He was even starting to sound like Peri! Maybe he could make those two weeks last for a few years. That'd be nice.

Kyra smiled asshe looked around, then shrugged. "It's nice, would be interesting, tire swing in the TARDIS. Would make a great conversation starter, I think." She looked at Tyler, then at the Doctor.

Tyler glanced at the other two Gallifreyans and grinned. "Well, who says we can't have a tire swing in the TARDIS -- doesn't matter the desktop theme. Where is your favorite place to go?" He directed this last comment at his brother.
"Fusion theme...interesting....never tried that one. So....when you say you repaired the TARDIS for a while, what did you mean? Chameleon circuit?"
"Oh...and can we meet some of your human companions sometime? I hope they don't mind my dress...."

"True, but I doubt the old girl would enjoy me climbing all over her." Even more than he already did. Peri would have a field day with his tire swing, however. She was always getting on his case about his chubbiness (and he wasn't that chubby - she was just an American with a distorted perception). "My favorite place is Karlaithya. Or Earth. I'm fond of Earth."
The chameleon circuit haunted Six's nightmares for ages. "Yes. Well, I sort of fixed it. It came up as a cupboard in the desert once. Not very convenient, let me tell you." He shook his head and tutted. "It's almost as bad as a police box in ganglord's home." That hadn't ever happened to him, but he had always wanted to use that analogy.
Can we meet some of your human companions?
"If you want." Six mumbled half-heartedly. He wasn't keen on shortening his time away from Peri, but he was willing to make those sacrifices for his brother. He also couldn't use any excuses - to say that she was visiting family would prompt the solution "you're a Time Lord". "I'm sure she won't mind. She's a terrible fashionista. Her outfits make me cringe. You guys would get along." He teased.
[ooc| No. I couldn't resist the Karlaithya reference. >.>]

The Hunter smiled at his brother, "Yeah? Well, you don't HAVE to let us meet your human companions....you know." He could tell that his brother really didn't want to show them to him. "It was just a thought...nothing more."
He nodded as his twin told him that Earth was his favorite planet. "Earth......yeah....no wonder you picked up their fashion. Didn't you get into trouble by associating with Earthlings?"
Tyler watched his brother as he waited for him to hit the buttons and levers that would take them into the time vortex.

Kyra smiled as see watched the two interact. It was fun to watch them interact. Knowing they were twins, that they had spent their whole lives together when they were younger. And that she had been there to see most of it. She couldn't wait until they got going, though.

The Doctor grinned. "She might stop pestering me about going to Gallifrey if I present you as proof." Was he actually insisting they pick Peri up? He decided that it was just his secret desire to make his brother see how annoying humans could be. "I don't seem to have much luck with keeping my companions." He shrugged, more to himself than to his brother, and rested his hands on the console.
Didn't you get into trouble by associating with Earthlings?
Only (basically) exiled, forced to attend three trials, and so on and so forth. He had a suspicion that the Council used him as a pawn to do things that they couldn't do - interference policy and such. "I'm not entirely sure she'll take us where we want to go. She's got a mind of her own." He patted the console fondly with a spare hand as he pressed coordinates with his other. Once the TARDIS started leaving, he turned back to the pair.
"There are plenty of romantic places on Earth. Italy during 1350s is splendid!" He clapped happily, deciding not to mention that it was splendid if you managed to ignore the bodies strewn about the streets. Ah, the Black Death - so many fond memories.

Tyler frowned at his brother. "And what's that supposed to mean? Me as proof of what??? You're Gallifreyan, too. And what do you mean you don't have much luck keeping companions...what...what happens to them?"
Tyler glanced at his brother rather nervously.
Tyler shrugged, "Wherever you want to go...did you want to pick up your human friend first?" Italy sounded alien enough of a name to Tyler, and if it was romantic, that would be more than fine with him. He just hoped he wouldn't have to dress like his brother in order to blend in.

Kyra made a face. "Oh, alright. I suppose Earth would be alright. But I am not wearing that, even if it means being unfashionable." She liked the idea of someplace romantic, however.

Tyler looked over at Kyra and nodded in agreement with her.
He glared at his twin, "And there better be no tricking us....I don't want to be tricked into wearing something that I don't want to...and you're not going to talk me into it. And what happened to us going to the planet that Kyra talked about? Maybe we could go both places....would be nice."

The glance that his brother gave him bothered Six. He quickly ran through responses that he could say, but none of them were very comforting. Most of his companions had gotten tired of his ways and left him. He supposed that that would always happen, as long as he was stupid enough to take companions. But there were those who left by force. The deaths hadn't been his fault most of the time. Adric had stepped off at the last moment. It wasn't his fault that the ship had crashed. Except... it had been. And when it crashed, the Doctor had wiped an entire planet for the most part.
Fortunately, the subject had been changed. His usual grin returned to his face. "Yes. Peri will come with us. You'll get along probably."
...even if it means being unfashionable.
He smiled warmly as his brother agreed with Kyra's statement. "I'm used to unfashionable people. So don't worry, I shan't be too embarrassed by you." His thoughts about the egregious manner Peri were halted as his brother started speaking again. He held up his hands in a mock surrender.
"Mea culpa. We're going to go to both planets after we make a stop for Peri. And we don't have to go to just two planets..." He glanced at his friends and jumped up happily as the TARDIS landed.
[ooc| where does it land? If we're gonna meet Ten & Co. I'm guessing it malfunctions somewhere along the thread. :3 Also - sorry for the lack of decent quality in the post. (: I'm not feelin' the Six at the moment.]

At the mention of Peri coming along and his brother's words of, "you'll get along probably," Tyler suddenly got very nervous. "Well......what...what are humans like? Since they dress...dress like that," he nodded to Six's outfit, 'what do they act like?" He had been raised learning the bias of Gallifrey -- that the human race was an inferior species -- but someone he wondered if what he had learned from his fellow Time Lords was accurate. His father had been different -- he hadn't said anything negative about humans, but he wouldn't say much about them either. He had even defended them when attacked in conversation by a highly respected Gallifreyan, but he would never talk about them. Tyler had always wondered if his father had had an experience with a human that had someone made him non-prejudiced towards them. (Yeah, and that would be all right.... )

The Doctor opened the door of the TARDIS and turned as his brother questioned him further on the Way of Humans. He smiled at Tyler and shrugged. "Don't worry, mon frere. Everything is going to be okay." Six mulled over his words for a few moments. "Well, everything is probably going to be okay. I can't be one hundred percent certain. I can't describe humans as a whole." He tugged at the cat pin on his lapel.
"There are compassionate and kind humans. And there are those that are... not so compassionate or kind." He waved off the question, deciding that it'd be more fun to just push his brother into a few humans rather than prepare him for it. He stepped outside and pursed his lips, running a hand through his curly hair. He patted the TARDIS gently. Well, if he didn't say anything, his brother wouldn't know that he had missed his destination by a continent and a century.
He stepped back in the TARDIS. "I may have miscalculated." He murmured under his breath. "You might want to put on a coat and some..." He made a face and bounced over to the TARDIS wardrobe. "Unfashionable clothes like this." He held out a Victorian outfit and placed it back in the wardrobe and glanced hopefully at them. "Unless you want to look fashionable."

(oops, I should have told you what I was planning on doing -- we're going to get them all to New York City and then I'm going to have Ten get hurt -- but wait....thinks....it would be fun for him to meet Ten now and then see him again in NY. That would be interesting Just a heads up, Kradston has done something so that Time Lords are unable to sense each other....) Tyler sighed. He wasn't exactly thrilled at the Victorian clothing, but at least it didn't look quite as....as....well...it didn't look like Six's outfit. "Oh...all right...I guess I can wear something like that." He pointed to the Victorian outfit that his brother had found. "Thanks for choosing something that was a little less....colorful than yours." Tyler glanced at Kyra. (guess we should transition into the Ten thread?)
