Now, I should introduce myself for the benefit of the rare individual who may not have heard of me. I am Davros, the one and only lord and creator of the Dalek race! I am one of the Doctor's most fearsome enemies, and he is an arch-enemy of mine, as well as Sarah Jane Smith, one of his pathetic human companions. As much as I hate to say it, I must: my Daleks have also...occassionally turned against me as they recognise their master as 'impure', though I am working to repair that hitch.

I enjoy the suffering of others, and long to see the Doctor's head at the end of a Dalek sucker, the blood-sorry, I'm getting carried away. So, now I am here, let us plot: EVILLY! And let us dance EVILLY! *beat* Dance...?

Alright, getting serious now. Since you're a Time Lord, you must have some knowledge of technology. I would like to ask you to help me to improve upon my Daleks, and make them obedient to me.

So how are we starting the funny stuff off?

Well, if you check out 'The Great Space Arcade', that's how it could work. Make fun of what your character can't do and use it as the main point for a setting. So, for example, if your character is afraid of animals, put them in a Zoo. If they can't stand looking old things, shove them in a museum. Etc. Then, once you have the setting, just take it from there.

As for who can get involved, I'm not sure about that, I'd like your view. Should it just be an Evil Council Members only thing or should it be everyone's game? I had the idea of letting non-council members participate as spectators and people to do the laughing in the Great Space Arcade... But apart from that, feel free to throw the ideas around.

As for non-members, I think the idea about them being spectators is good.
