Well, that sounds quite intriguing. Even breathing causes sound.
So, even though quite obviously you have him as Chameleon Arched, it's quite possible that Romana having been so high up in Gallifrey may recognize him, as the Guitarist is her elder. (As far as I can tell. It's difficult to tell her true age since the newschool Who has messed with the Doctor's age! )

I like the kinetic monster! That's a great idea and we could work in everyone, and can have fun with this monster, because think how much kinetic energy there is.

It would have to be some other way than her job though, as in his past, The Guitarist never had any positions of power at home. I always imagine what his view of music is and what the Gallifreyans view of music to be very different. He's no good at anything but music, so that would make him pretty useless... Not to mention, he's not the classiest of people. Not in social standing and previous history... However, it could happen that they just met in passing. Maybe he was in the older years at the academy? A friend of a friend? A nuisance to her in some way- maybe influenced a family member into a more... 'free' lifestyle? I have no idea. However you want to work it is cool by me. And Andi, do you want any history between human Guitarist and Gi? If you do, it could be easily arranged too.  |

Hmmm history between Guitarist and Gi.... Hmmm maybe a few passings from Gi visiting his shop everyone and now. I kind of like starting new than to history.

Well, with Romana, it's likely that just seeing his face in the archives would allow her to make a connection. It would possibly take her a moment to make the connection but, it's possible, right? I'd imagine that there would be records of all the timelords to make it out of the academy in the hall of records, which Romana worked at before she was a companion.
