"Whoops, my bad, uglies are gone." he said a bit too cheerfully.
"What do you mean?" Marie asked to his statement of increased difficulty.
"I mean that quite possibly, it will take more effort than I thought it would." he said, stress noting his voice.
He looked over the list again. Horribly difficult, it might take years. "Let's start with the spear!" he ended joyfully.
Hitler's "winner" spear that his teutonic knights would not let him have. Amazing.

"Well what's the point of getting something if there isn't any effort to begin with. Right?" Maria stated with a smile.
"Let's start with the spear!" he ended joyfully.
"Alright!" She agreed excitement apparent in her voice. "Should we meet up and discuss, um... A plan or something? .. Anyway, it's really great to hear from you."
"Where exactly is the spear?" She asked curiously.

Grosse Heuneberg Castle The Black Forest Germany 1941
SS Obergruppenführer Richard Darré rested his elbows on the round table, steepled his fingers, and peered at the senior researchers of the Ahnenerbe Schutzstaffel. "Reichsführer-SS Himmler is expecting results, and soon. What progress has been made in understanding the Spear?"
Dr. Walther Wüst looked at Obersturmführer Dr. Hans Scultetus and at Dr. Herman Wirth, then shook his head. "Very little, Obergruppenführer. The metal of the Spear cannot even be scratched, so we have been unable to make any determination of its chemistry."
The Obergruppenführer frowned. "What of its reputed properties?"
Dr. Wirth smiled. "Those, at least, we have been able to verify to some degree. The Spear seems to fight for its wielder. Furthermore, it possesses great power of some unknown sort. The blade penetrates any armor, and it projects a form of energy that disintegrates ordinary matter."
"Excellent. That is good news. The Führer will be visiting in person in one week's time. Have a formal report of what is known by then."
The other three men looked startled, then a little frightened, and then pleased. "We will redouble our efforts."
"See that you do." The Obergruppenführer rose from his chair, and raised his right arm. "Heil Hitler!"
"Heil Hitler!" the others chorused.

"Planning, planning yes," he agreed, "Good to hear your voice, my friend." The Timelord replied.
"Where exactly is the spear?"
Alec stood there, not sure how to respond. "That's a really good question."
"I guess if I knew, this wouldn't be a scavenger hunt!" Alec claimed happily, "But, we can start with Germany."
He hoped it was in Germany. The display screen already had up a wikipedia page for it, and he was tracking a sample of Hitler's DNA code. Last seen in Denmark... "Okay, so we collect a DNA sample if Hitker, track that, and ta-da! We have our spear."

Alec, dressed in a long coat and gas mask, bursts into Hitler's chambers. Through the sounds of chaos, he is calmly smiling beneath the mask.
He takes a ridiculous bow.
The guards had all been hit with knock-out gas, a substance that the building had been completely filled with. "I heard you had a spear?" he lifted the gas mask.
He reached inside his pocket, holding a grenade. "I want it. Before you protest, think of this: your soldiers have all been poisoned, through their food. Right now, I have the only known cure. Give me the spear, and it's yours."
He grinned. "Or I could just blow up the place."

"At the moment, no one is coming your way. But I'll keep checking from here." Maria spoke into a mic, that transmitted into an earpiece that was on Alec.
She walked around his console, noting the difference in their Tardis's, while constantly keeping her eyes on the monitors. If anyone started towards the furer's room she'd see them and be able to warn her fellow timelord in time.
(ooc: sorry for the short post.)

The Reichsführer glared at the gasmasked man that had burst into his office. "How dare you...
"I heard you had a spear?" the man asked, lifting the gas mask.
Adolph drew a breath to speak, then held it as the stranger produced a grenade.
"I want it. Before you protest, think of this: your soldiers have all been poisoned, through their food. Right now, I have the only known cure. Give me the spear, and it's yours." He grinned. "Or I could just blow up the place."
He thought hard for a moment. The spear was far more important than some guards, but he also considered himself to be far more important than the spear.
"Grosse Heunebergschloss," he spat out. "You will find it there. Now be gone."

"Grosse Heunebergschloss," he spat out. "You will find it there. Now be gone."
Alec smiled. "Let me write that down." He lifted a small object, and, clicking a button, spoke into it.
"Thank you for being so cooperative, Führer." his hand slammed down rather forcefully into the object, and Alec disspeared with a flash. He didn't even give the cure back.
Alec reappeared in Grosse Heunebergschloss, hearing Marie's voice in his earpiece. "That's great." he said, grabbing the spear, and hitting the object.
Another flash, he was standing behind Marie. "Got it."
OOC: I kept the Grosse Heunebergschloss part short, as I don't know much about it.
