Personality:
Victor's third incarnation sows us a Tall Dark and Brooding Personality. Handsome goes without saying of course. Like the love interest in a Bronte novel. he dresses in dark clothing and always carries a red sonic screwdriver. he is a pacifist by nature but can be quite deadly when it comes to the lives of his companions and the people of earth.
He considers himself a collector and lover of rare alien animals. and keeps them in his own privet zoo inside his Tardis. along with an Odd assistant
Tardis:
The Traveler travels in a type 40 Tardis that was designed for the collecting of Rare alien animals and the study of alien worlds: unlike the Doctor his Tardis has a working chameleon circuit and he dosn't leave the breaks on...
the main consul room is also the library where he keeps some Victorian furniture and his collection of books. there is also a winding staircase that leads to long corridor containing all the extra rooms that have been programmed into the Tardis

History:
call the Victor because he was always distend to achieve victory, The Victor was born on Gallifrey around the same time as the doctor and the Master and even went to school with them. He grew up fascinated by alien species and dreamed of becoming a Xeno-Biologist. (someone who studies alien organisms and the worlds they live in). He dreamed of one day discovering a species no one knew about before...
After graduating with a degree in genetics and alien environmental science he was was part of a team that was formed by the time lords to monitor alien life.
When they received the summons from Gallifrey, Victor unwillingly returned to Gallifrey knowing he and his team might not survive.
during the time war he died twice and lost his entire team. after he managed to escape the destruction of his world he came the Cardiff rift in 2011 believing himself and his odd companion to be the only two who survived the time war. his first stop, Earth...
