Raya Unagi had just finished setting up her latest trap. She had placed pressure plates practically anywhere she could, even on the walls. Those pressure plates were set up to several non-lethal explosives that would cover the target, or targets in jam.
She grinned widely, a look of pure glee was obvious in her eyes, as she looked over her newest contraption from the safety of the stairs.. "Perfect. Absolutely perfect!" She thought aloud as excitement flowed through her. "Now... to send out the bait."
Raya ran up the crooked old building's stairs jumping over the tripwires that were lay'd out throughout the second floor. Her grin showing off her sharp canines as she thought about what would happen when the tripwires got set off.
As soon as the tripwires were activated, the target or targets would get covered in sweet honey. Oh this was fun. So much fun for the half-human.
The stairs in the building were set up as from the first floor to the second floor, the stairs would be on the opposite side from the entrance. From the second floor to the third floor, the stairs were on the opposite end of the building. Practically forcing anyone entering the abandoned place, to go through the maze of traps.
The electricity still worked in the old place, but Raya had set it up so that on the third floor they'd have to turn on the lights. Said light switch would then activate a number of small flour explosive, like those used in military training, to cover the already sticky targets in flour.
Once she was on the third floor, she moved all the way to the opposite side from the stairs, she pulled out the small alien device she had found during the eclipse only a week ago. It was small enough to fit in one's pocket, and was in the shape of a egg. Raya didn't understand the markings on it, and so she didn't pay attention to it much.
She had only turned it on once before, for only a second, however that was all it took for it to send off a signal and draw in some interesting people.
Her grin got wider as she twisted the top to the right, watching as little red and blue lights blink on, off, on, off. Sitting cross-legged on the dusty floor, she pulled up the small TV that got the signals from the tiny cameras on each floor. Just so she could watch the oncoming entertainment.

Jack had gotten the signal, one in the middle of the night that is. He had sent his team a message but hadn't seen anyone show up yet. And the signal was going off once again.
In the end he ended up going there by himself, happy to do some investigating before his team would arrive.
Parking the black SUV right besides the building he quietly slipped out. Pulling the gun and radar from his pockets before moving in.
Something was 'off' about this place. And eventhough he couldn't die it was never fun to actually go through the pain.

"You'd better have a good reason for this Jack," Rebbeca said darkly as she showed up. She had just finished a date with her girlfriend and was headed home to sleep off the hangover when she got Jack's message.

Walking to the site, Owen saw Jack and he heard the female talk to Jack. It was another one of those recruits. She must be one. Because Owen remember seeing her picture and it beats the who are you introduction.
“So, what do we have?” he asked looking at the pretty female. She was pretty as a doll. However, he was not interested because he was here for a mission. “So, Jack what is it a rift activity?” he asked as he rolled his eyes back to Jack. He was looking for the others.
ooc Is this when Owen is a walking dead? And Jack you are a great role player for Jack.

"Hello sunshine," Rebbeca said as Owen showed up, the same smirk on er face as when they met. She was stillirate at Jack for ruining her night, but there was no use in complaining.

Raya's grin grew as she saw a car pull up on the TV screen. She began to toss the alien object straight up in the air, catching as it fell back down. Only when the strange object sent off a bright flash of yellow light did she stop.
The flash only lasted for about half a second and it completely lit up the entire third floor for that short time. Raya started to see dark circles around her from being right in the middle of it. Her body wobbled from side to side, as she blinked repeatedly in an attempt to clear her vision.
To anyone outside it might have seem like a flash bomb, or possibly someone turning the lights on and off very quickly.
After finally being able to see, Raya set the down the egg shape object and thought best to leave it alone for the time being. All the while, noting that the flash would make a wonderful distraction, should she need one.
Turning her attention back to the screen, she noticed that two other people had joined the little party. Now all she had to do was eagerly wait for them to step inside. After all, she didn't want them to miss out on the sticky surprise.

Ianto left the store from buying supplies for Torchwood. His mobile phone alerted him. Jack needed his coffee boy by his side. Looking at the address on his phone, Ianto was a block away. He was running toward and he saw a quick flash of light from above. He stopped looking to see anything else would happen: a bang, a scream, explosion or anything out of the ordinary. It was quiet. Would that count out of the ordinary? No, he spotted the SUV. Jack was first.
Running around the corner, Ianto saw Jack with Owen and Rebecca. He did not know much about her. He just knew she was welcomed by Jack. “Jack,” Ianto said, appearing holding a bag of groceries. “Keys to the SUV.” He needed to throw the stuff in the SUV.

When someone else showed up, Rebbeca turned to see who it was. She recognized him from his picture, but never actually met him. She had only been a member of Torchwood for a short while. "Hello," Rebbeca said not trying to be rude.

It was good to have his team appear shortly after he alarmed them. And it seemed before he could give them a decent explenation things were going off. A fast flash of light coursing through one of the windows, gone before he could actually see what happened.
The immortal was about to rush in when he heard a very welcome voice. "Jack" the voice of Ianto was welcomed with a smile and his hand slipping into his pocket so he could toss him the keys. "Glad to have you all here" he smiled at the three of them.
"Now..I have no idea what's going on in there...I just know we need to find out" He checked the bullets in his gun before looking back at the door. "Shall we?"

Snatching the keys out of the air, Ianto was happy because he was with Jack. "Glad to have you all here" Jack replied and smiled at the three of them “It is good to see you sir,” Ianto replied, he was looking deeply at Jack’s handsome eyes.
Turning his attention to the others, “Hello, Rebecca and Owen,” he said. “I brought cookies for this party…but…I see it need to wait,” he said, disappearing as he was putting the cookies and items in the SUV. He grabbed one of the stun guns too. He tucked in his breast coat.
Walking back, he was calm and cool. "Shall we?" Ianto nodded his head to his Jack.

“They never stop,” Owen said rolling his eyes as Ianto looked in Jack’s eyes.
Checking his gun, he side looked at Rebecca. “Please tell me you got something,” he said dryly to her. “What’s the line-up, Jack?” Owen asked, he was wondering where was Gwen. She usually pops with an urgent of excitement. Well, less people on the mission, less causalities for Owen to worry over.

"More than you have in your life time sunshine," Rebbeca said pulling her gun out and checking her clip. Once she saw her clip was full, the dark haired woman put it back into her gun and put it back into it's holster. As Ianto explained that he brought cookies but they'd have to wait, Rebbeca gave him a mock scoff, "Too bad." As Jack startd towards the back door, Rebbeca followed him with her gun trained on the door.

"Guns? Really? Don't these guys know how to have any fun?" Raya asked herself quietly as she continued to observe the situation that she created.
Then something occured to her. She may need an escape route. Just in case they make it up sooner then she expected. She hoped that she wouldn't have to jump out the window, considering what happened last time she did that.

Jack clearly heard Owen and his remark on both him and Ianto. And honestly, he didn't give a dang. If there was one think Jack would never hide it was his interest in people. Certainly not if it was already obvious without him being himself.
He started walking towards the entrance. His blue eyes fixed on the door as he moved closer. “What’s the line-up, Jack?” Owen said. Breaking his concentration for just a split second.
"I have no idea...something out of the ordinary" he smiled a bit. "Maybe exiting" the smile turned into a full on grin as he tried to turn the door handle.
Well, there wasn't anything keeping them out. The door opening with a silent 'click' as he pushed it open. "Or dangerous..keep your eyes open and weapons ready.."

“You want us,” Owen said, looking at Ianto. “Separate teams or stay together?” It was obvious the newbie will need all the protection and Jack was the perfect man to watch over. He waited to Jack’s order like a good team member would.
ooc Sorry for the shortness. I feel all the people in it makes it easy to read and easy for replying
