Species: Time Lord

Physical Description:
Fifth Incarnation: Tall, thin, brown eyes. Black hair usually worn in a mess. Usually wears a black fedora and a dark gray shirt, a brown blazer, and dark blue jeans. He carries his sonic pinned to his belt on the left side, hidden by his blazer. He also wheres red sneakers. He usually forgets his fedora and almost never fixes his hair, besides cutting it sometimes when it gets past his ears.
Sixth Incarnation: Tall, dark, and blonde, this incarnation likes to think of his self as better looking than before.

Personality: Fifth Incarnation: Mostly a neutral chaotic person, shirking rules and paying no attention to officials. However, he has a bit of a strong dark side and a biding temper. Very prone to sarcastic remarks.
Sixth Incarnation:
Normal: He is usually in a kind-ish mood, if a bit snarky and close-minded to meeting new people. He has a short fuse, and when he gets mad, he's not kidding. At the same time, he is very kind to friends (Thinking of Phantom as a sister) and tries to help when he can.
Even then, he isn't the kindest of people, attempting to kill Sarah Jane multiple times, and not warmly accepting long-time companions.
Mean: After being humiliated and rejected at one point, he turned on his ideals and became wicked in his ways. He no longer believed in compassion or love or patience. He truly didn't care about the lives of others and killed for fun at times.
History:
As a new Timelord, he gained a TARDIS in business deal, and traveled the universe and all it's boundaries for many years, until a chance encounter with a lone Dalek. Being grazed by a bolt of power, he was forced to regenerate. He tricked the Dalek into destroying itself with a hologram of the emperor Dalek. He continued traveling, regenerating twice more.
In his fourth regeneration, he met with all his former selves and defeated a legion of Cybermen in catastrophic combat. They (he) commited an act of genocide by destroying
the city they had infested. He and his past selves split ways, even going so far as to modify the TARDIS to prevent further interaction.
As he traveled, he was eventually caught by the Time Agency, who forced him into his fifth regeneration. A few times he tried to find a companion, but his dangerous nature and lifestyle usually got them killed.
Having a grudge against the Time Agency, he tried to kill a few, but was unsuccessful and
nearly got himself killed. Realizing he was doing himself more harm than good, he stopped.
