She was pissed, to say in the least. The man she thought as her brother, or rather, use to think as her brother... had just walked into his Tardis, after kicking her friend again.
Maria looked over at Rio, he was right in some way. Alec had to be stopped, and she knew exactly how. "I'm going to stop him Rio, right now."
She set her Laser to stun, high voltage stunner should render him unless for a few hours.
Maria followed him into his Tardis, raising her screwdriver at him and fired once, straight at his spinal cord. Afterwards she proceeded to walk around his control console, pressing certain buttons and setting the take off on a delay. She made sure to put a lock on a certain time line, involving the children with the plague.
"Alec, that shot I fired at you won't kill you, just leave you disoriented and unable to move for a few hours. Maybe it'll give you enough time to think and sort things out." She explained to him in a calm voice, before she set her laser back to it's original settings and fired at the monitor. "I hope you enjoy flying blind for a bit."
"Dark Lord, I hope you know... if you ever attack my friends again. I will do this again and so much more. I'll make sure you can't even leave." Maria threatened him, before she started to head out of his Tardis, to check on Rio. "Maybe you should've shot me, would've been easier for you."

Not quite unexpectedly, Maria burst into his Tardis and fired at him. But after being hit three times, he was ready. He flipped around and fired off Hypersonic waves at the bolt, suspending it in place, and forcing it back at Maria. He ignored all of her words, not really listening. "Oh, go cry to Rio!" he yelled harshly.
Another bolt, more powerful, sailed past him and hit his monitor. "She shot my Tardis." he mumbled under his breath. He smiled to his console, ignoring Phantom as she kept talking. "Good riddance." he said, not bothering to turn his head.
I have two monitors.
To anyone outside, the Tardis disappeared with a sound of trans-chronodimensional travel. To Alec, the Tardis simply moved positions. To a building top, far enough away to not be seen, yet not enough to see where he was going. He was planted here until he replaced the monitor. He took the steps up to a bit of a junk room.
Most of it was junk, with usable parts mixed in. He searched for a bit. Alec thought he saw a Laser Screwdriver, but it was just a spark plug. Then he spotted it, his extra Tardis console monitor.
Reminding himself to install a crane, he hauled the monitor into the console room. Using his Sonic, he took out the old monitor and replaced it with the one he'd found. He was feeling a bit proud of himself when he realized it was simply a shell, with nothing to power it.
Alec sighed. This would be more difficult than he thought.

The foot in his face didn’t help matters. Riocard promptly fell off the man’s legs, spitting blood and dirt out of his mouth meekly. Muttering a quiet curse, the boy struggled to lift himself off the ground. His arms were like a limp bag of putty, and his legs melted fire. The pain in his ribs from the earlier kick throbbed throughout his body, and he wondered if he’d been a bit too hasty to assume that the man hadn’t cracked at least one of them. And now the pain from the shoe in his face? He was almost certain that the man had broken his nose and knocked the last of his baby teeth out of his jaw.
“I’m going to stop him Rio, right now,” the girl said. Rio nodded, trying not to let her see the amount of pain he was in. He could hardly hear her over the irritating buzzing in his head and the voices that were screaming out at him. His own voice, telling him that he needed to pick himself up and slaughter that man. And then his father’s voice, telling him to crawl into a safe spot until his daddy came for him. There was a generic woman’s voice – the voice he pretended was his mother’s – telling him that he was going to be fine.
He heard Alec yelling just as harshly as Maria had been. Something about crying off to Rio – or maybe something about flying off to a casino? – but it didn’t quite matter to Rio at the present moment. He spit out some more of his blood on the ground, locking his arms desperately to keep from falling.
The noise made his head ache, and he glared over at the disappearing… thing. “I’m going crazy,” he said, his elbows faltering as he collapsed under his own weight. “Don’t worry about me,” he rasped over to her, sounding pretty well for a ten year old boy who was convinced that he was about to die. “Where did he go?”

In the belated time he got a new monitor up, Rio was nearly dead from blood loss. He looked at the dying kid, blood painting the ground...
Alec Tardis came flying out of the sky, and out reached a hand, gripping Riocard's shirt and hauling him into the time-machine. He lifted him, one arm under his knees and the other under his neck. He rushed as fast as he could to his infirmary. He looked down at the boy's face, feeling a growing guiltiness that he hadn't felt in a while.
He laid the French youth down on a bed in the small room, but he already knew that all the technology was based for Timelord biology. Absent-mindedly, he fiddled with his sonic, locking the doors.
The Dark Lord rested his head against the wall. He could only think of one solution, he wasn't going to like this. ------
Bursting into a large room with a metal, cylindrical case in hand, Alec opened a hatch and tossed his inventory inside. The contents of the case were composed of a lock of red hair. The healer's hair. Sisilaya.
This machine, in theory, would bring Sisilaya to his Tardis.
He could only hope it worked.

“Nap,” he muttered, curling up on the ground. It was very comfortable, lying there on the ground in his own blood. A bit warm and too sticky for any kind of bed, but Rio wasn’t too concerned about that fact. His eyes drifted shut of their own accord. Instincts forced the bright green eyes to open once more, a brief thought flashing through his mind about sleeping and dying making him wary. Still, it was becoming awfully tempting to let himself slip off into dreamland. He’d been walking so very long, and he hadn’t slept in so very long, and… what was he thinking about?
His eyes fluttered once more.
Wait. Wake up, wake up…
He whimpered at the sudden change in altitude. He blinked up at Alec, baring his teeth weakly as he was scooped up. Rio lay lethargically on the hospital bed, hazy green eyes watching Alec distrustfully. The man had kidnapped him from the woman that cared for him. He’d shot that girl. He was going to shoot Rio, too. Or let him die.
“Can I see my daddy before I go to sleep?” he asked quietly, his eyes slipping shut once more.

Sisi was in the Library, as she usually ever was if Robin was not teaching her. The book on her lap this time was on ancient Celtic Lore, it never hurt to read up on her own people. She loved the TARDIS translation circuit and had been fully exploiting it ever since Robin had turned it on back in France.
She was going for a some food, her stomach rumbling. She decided to stop by Robin to ask if he needed some, finding him in the museum.
"Robin, do you want some-"
With a crack she disappeared out of thin air.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
"-to eat... what the hell?" She said as her surroundings had suddenly changed, standing in a completely different room.
She wasn't on the Meddler's TARDIS any more. Oh crap.
She looked behind her to see the face of.. what Alec? She backed up a bit, surprised to see him. It was then that the smell of blood hit her like she ran into a wall, the source was quickly found to be a little boy on one of the hospital beds.
Her eyes lingered on Alec for a second, a frown appearing on her face before she sped over to the side of the boys bed, quickly checking him over to assess the damage. She patted his cheek gently.
"Stay awake" She said softly

"Alec you Jerk! What the heck are you doing?!" Maria asked angrily from outside his Tardis. She was glad he didn't go after the kids, but she wasn't to happy that he took Rio from her and locked her out. "I swear to Rassilon, if you harm him any more then you already have. I won't forgive you."
Huffing she sat down against the outside of his Tardis, refusing to leave until she was certain Rio was safe.

Tomas leaned against the wall, panting heavily. He’d managed to get the children half-way across the city without losing another one. The inside of the building he was in was damp, cold, and crowded. The roof was leaky, water from a previous rain dripping through the aluminum roof. He sat down away from the door. The children huddled around him, the youngest crawling into his lap and clutching his shirt with its small hands. He sighed and pushed the girl off him, pulling off his jacket and laid it across the children. He dug through his messenger bag, wishing he had blankets. Instead, he pulled out some of his and Rio’s spare clothes, dumping it on the children in an attempt to warm them.
“Are you okay?” he whispered, kissing their foreheads.
The oldest shook his head. “That man is going to kill us.”
“I won’t let him,” Tomas promised. The orphans fell silent, huddling together. Tomas sighed and sat beside them. “I don’t regularly break promises, you know,” he tried weakly. “We need to go soon.”
“What about the other boy?” a girl asked.
Tomas swallowed thickly. “Rio? He’ll be fine. He’s fine.”
Rio was quite certainly the opposite of fine. He could feel someone patting his cheek, but it felt like cotton. Numb. He’d gone numb. He struggled to open his eyes, hearing something about a baked cake – or was it stay awake?. “Cake?” he asked hopefully, voice thick with a French accent and drowsiness. Green eyes opened, noticeably more dull than usual. “Daddy?”
He curled up on the bed, pain wracking through his body. He rolled over on his back, quite proud of himself for being able to move that much. His ribs were at least cracked, if not broken, and Alec’s boot had hit his face so hard it was a wonder he still had a nose. The rest of his baby teeth had fallen out for sure. His head hitting the pavement probably hadn’t been super-healthy either.
He shuddered and shut his eyes, unable to deal with the way the room was swimming and twirling around him. “Dad?”

[Second, you slow, me go ahead now P:]
Sisi had not thought anything of it, had thought Alec had found the kid and called upon her to heal him. It happened more often, a side effect of being a healer, being 'called up' at every moment of the day or night. Though being zapped up had to be a first. She stroked the small boys eyes comfortingly, but stilled when she heard another woman's voice outside screaming.
"I swear to Rassilon, if you harm him any more then you already have. I won't forgive you."
Her jaw clenched, but she decided to ignore it for now. If Alec had indeed done this there was no way to know what he'd do if she decided to confront him now. Instead, she looked down at the boy, placing one of her hands under his head to gently lift it, slipping into the bed with him. This would go a lot fast if she was cradling him, the energy could surround him then instead of just entering from two focal point, picking him up gently she cradled him into her lap as she crossed her legs.
"Shh.. you''ll be fine" She spoke softly, an echo becoming to her voice as she called upon her healing abilities, her body starting to glow a gentle golden which gradually became brighter, golden mist starting to emit and surround them both.
Brightly glowing green eyes looked at Alec from the golden light one last time before she wrapped her arms tighter around the boy, lowering her head down as the light and energy entered his small body like a warm bath of water. Undoing the deep cuts, bruises and only Danu knows what else.
It had been a long time since she had called upon her healing abilities so heavily, but she hadn't had a person this close to death since her war era. the healing energy was an extension of her, and she could feel down deep the wounds were, which vital organs had been otherwise irreparably damaged.
If she had been 5 minutes later the boy would have been dead.
Alec was going to pay for this.

This woman was most definitely not human. Not that Rio was complaining about that particular point. What was that old saying about a gift horse and being kicked in the face? "That felt weird," he muttered, sitting up. He breathed through his nose, quite pleased that it wasn't broken anymore. He turned towards her and smiled, kissing her cheek. "Thank you very much!" he chirped brightly, jumping off of the hospital bed.
"Where am I anyway, miss? Do you think this hospital has chocolate? I love chocolate! Oh! Would you like to have chocolate with me? I love cho-- wait, wait. I'm angry." The boy stopped rambling long enough to look around. "Angry and scared, actually. Do you know where my daddy is?"
He scuttled out of the hospital room, humming brightly. "Hey mister?" he called, looking for Alec.

Alec stood against the wall in the infirmary, his arms crossed. He felt uncomfortable, so he stepped out into the hallways. Mostly because Sisilaya kept shooting him death glares. He was in the console room by the time he heard Rio calling out.
"Hey mister?"
He considered not answering, but decided against. "What?" he sneered, irritated.
If this kid wanted to get beat up again, so be it. The real problem was getting Sisi off the Tardis...

Sisi couldn't help but smile as her cheek was kissed, the kid was cute. The boy had a French accent she found slightly familiar, but couldn't exactly place.
"I'm not sure there is chocolate here little one. But we will find your daddy-" Before she could finish her sentence the kid had already bounded out of the infirmary and was going straight for the man who had done this to him ijn the first place.
Just on time she managed to snatch the little boy's hand and yank him back, pulling him back to be shielded behind her body. At the same time she had her gun whipped out, cocked and loaded and pointing at Alec. Her green eyes narrowed on him.
"Where is the kid's father Alec, you've done enough damage as it is."

Riocard frowned at the man's irritated tone. In the young boy's point of view, this man really didn't deserve to be irritated. It wasn't this man that had been kicked around. This man hadn't lost the last of his baby teeth due to a kick in the face. This man hadn't just witnessed a woman burning to death at Rio's tender age. This man didn't have his father being hunted by a monster. Rio's jaw clenched, each thought pushing him more towards anger. This man didn't deserve to live. What this man deserved was a slow, slow death. He took a step closer, trembling from his rage. A child had just died because Rio hadn't been able to stop this monster.
If there had been any lingering doubt that this man was human, it was vanquished immediately.
No human could be that cold.
Just as he was about to unleash the Hellish Frenchboy Fury, he was tugged backward. Rio bared his teeth, glaring up at the redheaded woman who had healed him just moments earlier. “Where is the kid's father Alec, you've done enough damage as it is,” she said. Rio pushed her hand away from him, glaring at the gun in her hand.
“Just shoot him. The scum doesn't deserve to live,” he growled, wishing that the girl from earlier hadn't taken his gun. Then he wouldn't be in the situation. His father would be safe. The child would still be dead – and so would her parents – but his father could have at least taken her siblings to an orphanage.
But no. He could see the way this was going to turn out. This redhead wasn't going to kill Alec. Then the monster would kill his father, or at least the children. And there would be blood on Rio's hands once more, but this time it wouldn't be the blood of something he'd willingly killed. It'd be the blood of innocent, scared children.
“If I find that you've hurt my father,” he said quietly, “I'll do to you what I've done to every other monster,” he said coldly. He held Alec's gaze for a moment, before a lazy smile slid on his face.
“Can I have some chocolate, mister?” he chirped brightly.

Alec smirked as Sisi pulled her gun out and aimed it at him. So she thought she could shoot him? For a few seconds, he was completely calm, out of context maybe even pleasant.
"Where is the kid's father Alec-"
Sisilaya was interrupted by his foot arching around and knocking the gun out of her hand. As soon as he did that, his hand swung violently at the controls. It was relatively simply, by any standards, and it locked on telepathecally to the owner of the Tardis's wanted enemy. And then the gravity went to hell.
She would suddenly find herself bound to the ceiling if it went perfectly. If not, she would be ripped to shreds. In the background he heard the small voice of Riocard, asking for chocolate at a time like this. "I don't have any chocolate." he sneered.

She had underestimated Alec and that had been her own bloody mistake. She had already half pulled her other gun out when her first gun had been kicked out of her hand, but the motion was soon halted as her feet left the floor. Her eyes widened in alarm as she fell at least fell 130 feet 'up'. The extra gravity giving her an extra pull.
The moment she slammed against the ceiling, floor for her her body gave a violent crack and blood splattered from her nose at the impact. She winced visibly, yet after a moment her green eyes opened with rage as the blood leaked down the sides of her face. She snarled down and struggled against the hold of the intense gravity field. She could barely get enough air to breathe, it was that strong.
Reaching for her gun was no use, with this type of gravitation on her the worst the gun could do was fall down like rain, if it could even get through the gravitational field and not instead pull back and hit herself.
She had to think of something, and fast. She was starting to get light headed from not getting enough oxygen as she should, trying to get her midriff out to breath too much of a struggle against the intense gravity. She wanted to curse and swear at Alec but she could barely get air enough past her vocal chords to make a sound.
Her eyes said enough though, angry green and swirling. When she got away from there he was going to die.
