Not having gotten a hug yet, Amy just sort of figured she wasn't going to be getting one from the TARDIS-lady, so... when Idris did come over to hug her, Amy was a little surprised. She chuckled lightly and returned the hug, gently patting the other girl on her back. As odd as she was, the TARDIS-lady did seem to always have the best of intentions.
Amy then watched, jaw agape as Idris picked up a couple of fezzes and chucked them through a door that just sort of mysteriously appeared. Where the door went, Amy hadn't the foggiest, but she was aware enough to realize that Idris had called it forth seemingly of her own free will.
"Cool... I didn't know ye could manipulate the TARDIS - err... I mean yuirself - just by thinkin' about it," Amy said, impressed by the strange lady.
Though... She knew that The Doctor wouldn't think it was so cool that his fezzes had been relocated to parts unknown. Amy wasn't going to say anything though - the TARDIS knew The Doctor better than anyone else, since he'd spent so much time with her throughout his very long life, and Idris knew what she was dealing with in him. She HAD to.

"I didn't manipulate it to appear. It's still there. One of the problems with the chameleon switch being out of commission and may I kill that man?" she asked glaring at Saflan. She didn't like him at all, but she had to be careful not to anger her thief. "Why so quiet? Oh, it's probably the whole last time I had a body the Tardis died thing still right? I'm still confused and I understand it rather well. Or is it that your...life-mate has to stay here with you while a strange man is bathing?" she asked without thinking that she might offend Rory.

Tess found what she was looking for. Light. There. Under the door, just where she expected it to be. She shucked out of her black clothing to reveal a white skin suit underneath. When she pulled up the hood, hair pressed cool and smooth down her back, she was almost featureless. She tucked her black things up on a high shelf by the door. Sonic in hand, she slipped into the lonely white, headed for the laboratory. Avoiding cameras was almost as simple as turning her exposed eyes away. The map in her head was accurate and soon she stood outside the freezers in the main lab. She used her smart phone to open the lock.

Once teleported into the house's main electrical circuitry, Alec brought out his Sonic Screwdriver. With that and a bit of a natural talent for biometrics, he quickly rewired the security. It was a trifle simple, basically "Lights on security off," but it got the job done. One thing left to do...
Bang!
Alec found himself in a laboratory, a woman dressed all in white, who he assumed was the Archetype, was opening a lock...with her phone. Kids these days, Alec scoffed to himself.
"Hello there!" he called out. The Timetraveler crossed his arms and sighed. His friendship with Sarah Jane was paradoxical, they were opposites, nothing alike. They somehow had ended up getting along in the end. And right now, why he could find her was very important, it was urgent. Because Sarah Jane's death was a fixed point in time. And seemingly, it had been messed with.

She wanted to kill him. She'd been trained to kill before her Mum had taught her not to. It was as automatic as a baby flinging out its arms when dropped. Her Sensei had taught her to control herself even more deeply.
Still, in an instant, she is behind Alec Harrison using a grip that put her thumb into a nerve bundle in his wrist, and her own pinkie torquing at the base of his in such a way to twist the man's elbow upward very much like Tess might screw in a light bulb. She stands tall in the magic place behind him off his shoulder and knee where he cannot retaliate without popping his own arm out of his socket. She is brushingly close to give him no room to maneuver in. He smells good, and he's even prettier than his pictures of this incarnation. Lutessa rises up, ballerina en point, to get anywhere near his ear to growl whisper at him.
"Alec Harrison, you arrogant bastard."

Alec barely had tine to smile and wave before she had his arm in a potentially uncomfortable position. He was especially sensitive in that arm, mostly from his last incarnation's tendency to have that arm broken/dislocated. Last time it was by an Angel, the time before that the Doctor... He felt a sting of admiration if she somehow knew that.
"Alec Harrison, you arrogant bastard."
The Timelord craned his head to give the Archetype his best smile. "That's me."
In his past, he would've said something like, "I have a Djinn who will smite thee," but he just wasn't feeling it anymore. "Are we going to have a talk about my bad qualities? I'm sure I'd be up to the task. I must warn you, it might take a few hours." He turned his head to Blue. "Do we have that much time?"

Her Sensei had tried to teach her self control, but she could be cranky when pressed as far as Alec was pressing her right now. She gave his arm an extra centimeter of torque to shut him up.
"You've endangered my mission because you couldn't wait until I got home? Illogical, unnecessary, and perhaps the downfall of the human race. Now get back your TARDIS and meet me in two hours. I'll put up a homing beacon for you." She let go of Alec's arm and shoved the man into Blue's arms.
Now she locked eyes with Blue. She could not tell if they were time looped or not. He was her teacher from years ago her days in her Mum's school. There was no way to tell except by the look in his eyes. Blue did not age.
"Get out. I have to cover my tracks, then I'll meet you." Green eyes blazed from the eye window of her hood. You could see her frown right through the thin, clinging material.

"You've endangered my mission because you couldn't wait until I got home?"
Alec grinned at how well that summed him up.
"Illogical, unnecessary, and perhaps the downfall of the human race. Now get back your TARDIS and meet me in two hours. I'll put up a homing beacon for you."
"Are you comparing me to a human? Frankly I'm insulted." he crossed his arms and frowned.
"Get out. I have to cover my tracks, then I'll meet you."
Alec stepped forward, looking quite meek with his thumbs twiddling. "I was a friend of your mother's. And I can help you in return for my questions. My Djinn can help you." he claimed.
He smiled in a last-ditch effort, amazed by this incarnation's failure to make a good impression.

She steps away from him, and you can see the smile through that mask of white. Then she tucks it under her chin to give him an even better one. "I know you can. I know he will. Mum told me about you. I thought you might come." She blows out an exasperated breath. "Still doesn't mean your not an @$$&*!#, Alec. Two hours, come find me." She tilted her head, still unable to tell if Blue knows her or not. "It is good to see you, Blue. We have to go now."

Alec chuckled. "She used my Galifreyan name!" he joked sarcastically.
This his chuckle became shaky, defensive. "Yeah...no. I'm coming to. Can't let him out of my sight."
Alec leaned in closer to whisper in her ear. "He can't be trusted."

Saflan lifted an eyebrow in appreciation as the new woman walked into the bathing room. "Ka Faraq Gatri," he said appreciatively, "must be Dalek for pimp, because the Doctor's rollin' with at least three flavors of hot!"
"Now who is that? And why is he in me?"
Saflan's grin grew broader. "Not yet I ain't, but I'd be all in favor of fixin' that." He made beckoning gestures with both hands. "Everyone in the pool! There's plenty to go 'round!"
He shrugged philosophically as they pointedly ignored him.
"Hello Rory!" Instinctively, she hurried over, gave him a hug and bit his ear
"Ooooh," Safalan leered, "I like her." He paused a second. "My turn?" he said, hopefully.
They ignored him, talking about a couple of Dalek-shaped pieces of felt. The new woman said something irritable about them, and tossed them through a door he hadn't noticed a moment ago.
"Cool... I didn't know ye could manipulate the TARDIS - err... I mean yuirself - just by thinkin' about it," Red said.
Saflan started to open his mouth, then stopped. "Nah," he said, laughing, "Too easy."
"I didn't manipulate it to appear. It's still there. One of the problems with the chameleon switch being out of commission and may I kill that man?" she asked glaring at Saflan.
"I'm hurt!" Saflan protested, "Hurt, I say! Here I am, all about the love, and I'm just getting abuse from everyone." A pause. "And we didn't even arrange a safe word first."
"Why so quiet? Oh, it's probably the whole last time I had a body the Tardis died thing still right? I'm still confused and I understand it rather well. Or is it that your...life-mate has to stay here with you while a strange man is bathing?" she asked without thinking that she might offend Rory.
"Because they're prudes! And selfish!"
With that, he climbed out of the bath and began toweling himself off. "Now," he said, pulling his pants on, "all fun aside, we've got some business to get down to. Ka Faraq Gatri wants Skaro Industries offline. I want Skaro Industries offline."
He pulled his shirt over his head, then started lacing his boots up. "Different reasons, sure, but same goal. So why don't we hit the armory, kit ourselves out and head on over? Do a little reconnaissance in force, see what we can see, and then figure out the best way to deal with a factory full of Daleks."
He paused, and considered his words. "Well, I guess it'll just be the least outright suicidal way. Ain't no good way to deal with a factory full of Daleks."

He did make her laugh out loud, and it was clear that she was a much more complex creature than one would guess to see her now. She was not a warrior. She was a young woman of many skills.
"Alec, Blue, you can come if you can keep up."
She hefted up her full, heavy white back pack and slung it over her shoulders. Her hood mask she flipped up back to her eyes, and she was already on the run out the door, light footed and silent.

“Alec Harrison, you arrogant bastard,” the woman growled in his master’s ear. Blue bristled, feeling the urge to transform into a bear and smash the woman into a gooey puddle. He refrained, carefully watching his master’s arm. If she applied too much pressure, he would ‘gently’ remove this little broad from the Dark Lord. But Alec was taking this swimmingly well, laughing and smiling and charming this woman. It did a number to soothe his nerves.
“Do we have that much time?” Alec asked, looking over at Blue. The Djinn tilted his head and smiled, shaking his head a simple ‘no’. But he couldn’t read the future. For all he knew, maybe Auton daffodils would fall from the sky, eat the plague, and flit back up to an Outer Space Garden. Very unlikely, but not entirely out of the realm of possibility.
He caught Alec clumsily when the girl pushed his master towards him. “I’d like for you to refrain from touching my master without his permission,” he said politely, an edge of anger in his voice. His master seemed content to refuse her proposal, so Blue decided he wouldn’t comment on it either. Just as soon as he had his master in his arms, Alec stepped forward, working his charm in order to… well, Blue didn’t know. He didn’t understand why this girl was important, or who her mother was. He assumed – by their brief conversation of ‘Sarah Jane’ – that that woman was this woman’s mother.
Still, he didn’t like this situation.
“It is good to see you, Blue. We have to go now.”
He stared at her contemplatively, biting the inside of his cheek. His master seemed not to notice – or maybe he just didn’t care? – that this woman knew far too much about the Djinn. “I don’t know you,” he told her.
“Yeah…no. I’m coming too. Can’t let him out of my sight,” Alec said. Blue grinned happily. His master didn’t want to leave him alone! “He can’t be trusted.” The grin faltered and fell.
Hoping that this was just another way Alec was trying to charm this little woman, he nodded gently. “Alec, Blue, you can come if you can keep up.”
“Hmmph,” Blue grumbled, following her.

The Doctor was lost. He'd sensed the TARDIS had gone to...well, the TARDIS, but he couldn't find it. His attention was being distracted by the piteous moans of the dying. As a Time Lord, he was effectively immune to most human diseases, but this one struck where it hurt most. His heart.
He had things in the TARDIS that could cure these people just by being near them, but this was the one time he could do nothing. "Heelp...me." A half-starved boy sat in the shadows, wearing nothing but rags. The familiar blood-red splotches covered his body. The doctor gritted his teeth. Tears welled up in his eyes.
"No. Not this time. NOT THIS TIME. Do you hear me!!!" The Doctor pulled out a small blue pill, which he had brought along in case Amy caught the disease. Snapping it in two, he handed it to the boy.
"Here. Give the other half to someone. Anyone." The eight-year old gulped down one half. He shuddered and the blood red splotches began to vanish. The boys eyes cleared, and his breathing became less labored.
He glanced around for his savior, but the man was gone. The boy looked around. The only other thing on the street was another dying man, and a blue box.
INSIDE THE TARDIS
"You. You-you're..." The Doctor was at a loss for words.
"YOU THREW AWAY MY FEZ! Oh, and you're alive.

For Blue's protests, she only had an eye roll, then she was off. White corridors. No alarms. That is why she hadn't actually ripped Alec's arm out of the socket. Tess didn't run as fast as she could have, but there was no need anyway. She saw the door she'd come in and went back through it into the dark room. There she stopped.
She wished that Blue knew her yet, she could use his friendship right now. He seemed so very young. So tragically dedicated to Alec. Tess had understood Blue's nature. It was another to see it. It made her uncomfortable. They were awfully pretty together though. She took her pack off the high shelf and started pulling on her black climbing gear over the white body suit.
"I don't suppose you brought free repelling harnesses?" She shoots a look over at Blue. "Unless you'd care to save us all the trouble?" She did not know if he would or not, but if he reached for her, she dodge him to go fetch her climbing gear at the window. It was expendable, to far to good a clue to leave behind.. Not to mention her Mum's car waiting below. Lutessa's car now, and not expendable. She and Sarah Jane had decided that together.
