Indeed! He's supposed to be the main character of Torchwood, but Russell T. Davies actually wrote the series for Gwen. c:
I'll be creating a new thread with his information in it.

just a little push and you'll be smilin'
The Details
This mystery goes by the name Captain Jack Harkness, though no one knows his real name. He stole the alias from a squadron captain living in 1941. No one knows Jack's true age, but he is at least 150 years old. He appears to be roughly 40 years old. Jack is male and omnisexual. He is human, though he was born on the Boeshane peninsula in the 51st century. Life Jack's current relationship status varies depending on the roleplaying timeline. He is either single or taken by Ianto Jones. He has also shown interest in a variety of other people (and lifeforms), but that's just how Jack is. He's open-minded. Other relationships may develop. Also in variation with the timeline is his residence. Most of the time, he lives beneath his Torchwood office in a secret bunker. Jack has at least three children and has been wed once. His marriage occurred when he was first stranded on Earth. While he waited for the Doctor to return, he was wed and later fathered two children from that marriage. It is unknown whether his wife and children died or if he was divorced and abandoned. There is no evidence of his children having their own offspring. His third child is Alice Carter. She blessed him with a grandson, Steven, who Jack later killed during the 456 incident. Work Jack is the captain of Torchwood 3, located in Cardiff. He is a respected leader among his teammates.
He was previously a time agent, the first person from the Boeshane peninsula to be recruited for the time agency. This earned him the nickname "the face of Boe".
Companion of the Doctor on more than one occasion. AppearanceBrown hair, blue eyes and a body to die for. -cue cheeky smile- You will rarely found Jack in anything other than his greatcoat, braces or pressed shirts and slacks. He's a sucker for period clothing and has earned a name for himself and his coat simply by what he wears. [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] Personality Leader -- Flirt -- Mysterious
Jack's usually one big bundle of joy. He's fun and adventurous and just a bit more than cheeky. He's the first one to jump in with suggestive remarks or witty lines.
Unfortunately, you cannot die roughly 2000 times and not have a morbid side. When he needs to be serious, he'll be serious. When he needs to growl, he'll growl. There's often a darkness about him during these times, like he's been through it all before and absolutely nothing will falter his step. Biography A temporary biography can be found here. I'll write out the important details about his history later. What went wrong? An overall profile of Captain Jack Harkness can be found right here. His IMDb page. c: Quotes, a biography, episodes, pictures, videos - all you could possibly want![/blockquote]

I'd add my characters to my personal message, but my reason for even mentioning it is that I'd like to link to my characters' profiles. That way, if anyone wants to roleplay with me, they just have to click. c: I'll probably create a new account for Jack.
Thank you for accepting my profile of Jack. I love making them look prettiful.
