Physical Description:
Cassie has long black hair extending about mid-back area, with bangs that cover either her entire forehead or part of it depending on the way she has them. She has brown eyes and fare skin. Cassandra stands at about 5 ft 7 with a slender yet athletic build.
For her outfits, She tends to ware clothing which accents her body. These outfits contain large amounts of leather, however this depends on the situation as she has lots of outfits to go with every possible outcome....even a battle outfit.
The leather outfit consists of a strapless silk tank-top, long leather pants or skirts and black high heeled leather boots which extend just past her knees and are steel toed so she can kick people if they make her mad. Along with this goes a set of yellow gloves which have red lightning bolt designs on them, this bolts contain stored electricity which can be shot out of her fingertips when she wants(these do require recharging every so often via a cord she carries in her pocket which plugs into the lightning bolts.) Cassie also has a pair of sunglasses, Along with these articles of clothing is a rather sleek looking white trench coat with pockets that are bigger on the inside. This coat reaches just to her ankles and is generally buttoned up about half way to the top to cover whatever she wears at the time.
Personality:
Cassandra is a rather nice person when seh wants to be, when she does not though...well just watch out and stay on her good side. Cassie enjoys leather clothing articles and dark things. One of Cassie's hobbies is knitting, she can make anything she needs out of most any fabrics including traps.
Cassandra is smart but prefers not to show it that much to avoid attention. As with most Time Lords/Ladies she loves her TARDIS but is not very good at driving it, often finding herself crashing in whichever destination she had planned to go or even those which she did not. Despite this, she maintains a very positive attitude and loves adventure. Cassie's habit of wearing sunglasses, is one in which she will wear them in really dark places but not normally in the lighter ones, this is because they are made almost strictly for night vision.

Cassandra was born on the planet of the Time Lords before the Time war began. As a child she was always very observant and sometimes got herself into trouble because of it. When she was eight, much like al other future Time Lords and Ladies, she looked into the Time Vortex, when she did, she saw everything there wasto see, was capticated by it and couldn't look away. She was not frightened, but was intrigued. Soon after she attended the Academy where she got top grades and remembered most things she was told.
Once she became skilled enough, she was able to choose her TARDIS and learned to pilot it, her TARDIS got stuck in the form of a hippy van when she cloaking device became broken.
Soon however, the Time war began and all were sent to battle within it, while few fled and many died, Cassandra being one of them, she regenerated into her current regeneration. This regeneration was afraid, afraid of death and of what was before her and tried to run with her TARDIS. She soon found herself out of the reach of the Time war just before it was locked, being unaware of its lock and doing her best to avoid it.
Now, she travels around in her TARDIS anywhere and anywhen seh pleases, without fear as she had gotten away from the Time War.
