Name: The Wanderer
Age: The Wanderer was born around the same time as the Doctor, and his age is approximately 804
Species: Time Lord/Gallifreyan
Planet of Origin: Gallifrey
Occupation: Time Lord.
Physical Description: The Wanderer's thirteenth incarnation is a tall, thin man with reddish-orange hair in a crew cut. He has green eyes, and is very nimble. He has a small scar under his left eye that has stayed with him through every single incarnation since his third, though it has grown more pale with each.* He walks quickly, even if there is nothing urgent he has to attend to.
He delights in wearing a worn trenchcoat (acquired from 2005 New York), a plain white T-shirt, blue jeans, and solid black gloves. (2009 New Jersey(T-shirt), 2011 Austin(jeans), and 1945 Germany(gloves)). He wears two loafers. His left eye has the strange and unnerving ability to not blink.
His wiry body has the uncanny ability to blend in, so that you almost can't notice him. He's not much good in a fistfight, but he can gather information, and is very good at sneaking, thanks to his long limbs.
Personality: The Wanderer shares some personality with the eleventh and ninth Doctors. He believes himself to be at fault for the death of the time Lords, particularly his family, and regrets he could not save them. He is constantly murmuring under his breath about things no one knows, and will erratically break off in the middle of a sentence, talk about something perfectly unrelated, and a hour later, continue the sentence as if he never stopped. He has been accused numerous times of being a madman, to which he has responded "Aren't we all?". He is suspected of MPD ( multiple personality disorder). This side of his personality is not well-known, and presents itself in times of stress.
Ever the prankster, The Wanderer plays pranks on everyone he meets, and you can always count on him to lighten the mood. He is always making bad puns and snappy comments. He is also surprisingly brainy, and will flaunt this fact in the face of everyone he meets. He is rather cocky, and will charge headfirst into anything. He also has a blatant disregard for rules (Shown in his immediate desertification of his exile upon the death of the Time Lords.
History: The Wanderer was born on Gallifrey circa 697 B.T.W (before the Time War). He went to the Academy at the age of eight, and stared into the Untempered Schism. He swore to abide to the time Lord law, and left Gallifrey at the age of 24, TARDIS in hand. He was almost instantly killed by an angry human time traveler. He reincarnated, and was so born again into his fourth incarnation. (He had died before during numerous accounts on the planet Gallifrey.)
The Wanderer was banished from Gallifrey to the ends of the universe during his fifth incarnation for disobeying Time Lord law. (Specifically, interacting instead of observing, as is Time Lord law.) He spent seven incarnations there. Because of this, he survived the Time War, albeit not being on Gallifrey during the War. He learned of the fall of the Time Lords, and without further ado, left the ruined world where he had been stranded. He brought with him his TARDIS, in the shape of a Tollbooth.
He wandered the universe, and in time forgot his own name, and became known as The Wanderer. He assumed himself to be the last of the Time Lords, but learned of The Doctor's existence from a dying Dalek. He learned more of him from various sources around the universe, eventually learning that he was responsible for the destruction of Gallifrey. He holds no ill will against The doctor for this. He has, on numerous occasions, tried to travel through the Time-Lock to doomed Gallifrey to save his family, but was unable to do so.
Additional medical information: * A small scar under his eye that stays with him through each incarnation.
