As the doctor was taken against his will he just looked around confused. "What the bloody hell?" he exclaimed rather confused by the whole thing as well as annoyed. "Where are taking me to and why?" The ninth doctor added confused. He was definitely not amused by it at all. Ninth doctor sighed not sure why was he taken but he definitely tried to fight his way out as there was no way was he going to be taken god knows where to. He was tired of getting in to trouble but then again every where he went trouble ended up following him. Which he was used to but it still annoyed him every time it happened. The ninth Doctor tried his best to find away out of the situation he was in. He didn't care how long it took him as long as he gets himself out of the mess he currently was in.

Thank you.
I will consult with the rest of the staff on a decision regarding you playing Nine.
One of the others may ask you to write something as well.

OK, try this one out: You are trapped on an alien planet, it is virtually barren, and icy, there are some patches of water here and there, but no food, you have your sonic screwdriver, but (obviously) not your TARDIS, it may take a day for help to arrive, here's the challenge: Find a way to survive for a day, or a way to get off your icy prison.

The ninth doctor looked around himself as he was still confused that he was on an alian planet with no Tardis. He tried to figure out what should he possibly do. Ninth doctor checked his pockets until he found his sonic screwdriver. He sighed to that as he was relived to know that. However he did wished that he had his tardis with him. After that the ninth doctor looked around for some water which he found not to far from where he stood. He walked over , but it wasn't enough so he used his sonic screwdriver to melt some of the ice to get more water. Ninth doctor was freezing but tried to ignore it as he leaned over to checked the water and then he sipped the water that he got from the ice that he melted after that he cleaned his mouth with his hand. After that he just looked around as he tried to come up with a plan to survive. The doctor wished there was some food but unfortunately there was no food. He hugged himself to get warm. While he did that he looked around for some wood to start a fire with. Then the doctor set down as he tried to find anything else to get himself warm with. He wondered where was he and who trapped him on there. While he thought of away out of the icy prison he was stuck in he also about Rose and his other companies that he had over the years. It helped him fight more for his survival. The ninth doctor tried to avoid sleeping so that he won't freeze to death. Being as old as he was taught him a lot in life including how to survive bad situations. Even so ninth doctor wasn't too smart there were things he knew, just as there was things he didn't know but life experience taught him a lot. Anyway as he thought about Rose he felt himself felling a sleep but didn't let himself sleep and once in a while he stood up and walked so that he would warm himself up, at least a little so that he would survive. The ninth doctor kept doing that until the next morning Here and there he drank the some more water when he felt thirsty.

Alright, thanks for bearing with us and being patient with us so far. Thanks for your samples, do you mind doing another? If you want, here's one; The Doctor sees this reaper sitting atop a gravestone in a cemetery he is passing by, late one rainy night. There is no-one else around the area and no sign of any awake humans. The two notice each other and the reaper beckons him over, to show him something. How does The Doctor react? Does he go over? Does he run away? How does he feel about the presence of such a creature? And if he does go over, what is shown to him by the reaper? How does he react to that etc. Hope that's enough for you to work with.

The Ninth doctor stared at the reaper confused as he saw him point to him to come over. He sighed as he looked behind himself then back at the reaper as he pointed to himself. In away that sad 'me?'. When the reaper kept signing to him to come over then nod he walked over. The ninth doctor was being careful and prepared himself to what was about to come. He knew that he had his sonic screwdriver so that was something. He planned to use it only when it was needed. The doctor was worried but he also wondered what was it the reaper wanted to show him. He wasn't what to think about the whole think but he figured that checking it out would be a good idea. Besides he never run away unless he truly had a reason to, like when he save Rose or other people there were times they run away and other times they didn't. It all depended on the situation. Not to say that he wasn't worried so because truth be told he was worried but he didn't think it meant that it was his time to die so. If it was then he would have known it one way or another. Something in the way the reaper looked at him and called him over told him that it had something to do with him. The doctor sighed and kept heading over to the reaper. As he got over he saw the reaper get off the gravestone then he heard the reaper say his name, the name people called him by, the Doctor. Next thing he knew the reaper turn around and grab his hand. Then they disappeared as then they reappeared in a cemetery at night . The doctor looked around confused, as he then saw people walk to graveyard and put flowers on it. The doctor tried to speak to them but they saw threw him as he just watched them go. After that the doctor went closer to the graveyard and saw the year on it and the name as he blinked. It was his name but the year was way far from the year he came from, but the name wasn‘t his real one but the one he went by. The doctor looked at the reaper as then it all was gone and they were standing again where they stood. A minute later the reaper was gone and the doctor stood alone confused and surprised. He looked around and tried to figure out why did the reaper showed him that. He knew that sooner or later he was going to die anyway. The doctor was surprised that some people came to put flowers on his grave which meant a lots of people really did appreciated him which was a good thing. Even so he still had no idea why was he meant to see that, he figured it was either because this death could have been changed or to let him know that he mattered. The doctor figured that it meant that he mattered as he just smiled to that thought.

I'm at my internship site today, which means that I can't see or respond to the c-box.
The staff is still discussing your situation -- and a final decision should be made either by this evening or sometime tomorrow.

Thank you for being cooperative and patient with us.
If I could suggest one thing -- could you watch the series with Nine in it again to try and get a feel for his character and whatnot?
What we may end up doing is allowing you to play him on a trial basis, but you will need to brush up on your grammar and spelling and punctuation. Your posts are all made in one gigantic paragraph. We are willing to work on you with these things. As far as spelling, that can be easily remedied by using the Firefox browser. It has a built in spell checker. Another thing that you could do would be to type your posts up in Word or another word processor, and then run spell check on it...or type it up on here, copy and paste your response to Word, and then copy and paste the edited version into your reply.
Would you be willing to work on your writing?

okay.....why don't you spend some time reading the Mentalist's posts, Eight's post's, Issildia's posts, Gylfie's posts, Sage's posts (Sage plays Six, Rio, and Susan), Donna's posts, etc. to get a better grasp on your writing. Study how they write. Watch how they construct sentences. Then practice a bit.

and why don't you make an original character first and practice your writing that way before you attempt to play Nine. That way you have some time to study his character. If you should be able to improve your writing noticeably in the next week, we will let you have Nine on a trial basis.

Actually, I have a better idea -- we need some random people in other threads, so no need to make a new character. You can practice your writing in other threads -- let's see, we could use a pirate in Eight's pirate thread.
Kari could use some more friends in Doctor's Parents.
We could use some more adult Time Lords or little kids in any of the History boards (Doctor's Parents, School Days, Time War)
You could try your hand at being a Dalek in Doctor's Parents
You could be a little kid in School Days
You could just pick a thread from any board and ask how you might play a random character to contribute...whatever interests you. Once you have been doing this for a week, I'll approve your Nine character. I just want you to get some practice first.
