I'm not sure I quite understand...I'm a bit thick at the moment, my brain has been turned into mush from work.
Why would Donna be kidnapped? Just to hijack the TARDIS? As a distraction? How would she help hijack it? And then would she be with them or left back on earth? I'm also confused (and have been since I came on this site, so it's probably good I ask anyways) about how other Timelords that weren't chameleon arched can be around without the Doctor sensing them. I read the bios and think they're great characters, but even if they disguised themselves as the native population, wouldn't the Doctor still know they were there somewhere? And wouldn't that mess with canon?

Kradston, one of Scarlett's characters -- well....you know him from the other thread -- has done something with a side effect of interfering with the Time Lord's ability to sense other Time Lords in any thread involving the Tenth Doctor.
I'll let Stacked answer the rest, since using her characters for this was her idea.

That's alright. I'll try to explain it. Best to explains the means of kidnapping Donna first, might make it clearer. The Puppeteer has the ability to control a mind, so he'd 'posses' Donna, as such. He'd control her movements, tell her words to speak, make her go wherever he wants and be able to see all the information in her mind, locked or not. That'd be why she'd be kidnapped, because Donna does have links with the TARDIS; she's been in it and understands time travel, if not consciously. Just a link to the TARDIS in Donna's mind would be enough for the renegades to locate it, since it's there on the planet. The crashed ship that belongs to the the two renegade time lords was the original distraction, because I think Ten would be interested in that. That would get Ten away from the TARDIS for a bit. That then leaves the TARDIS open for the taking. I don't know about leaving Donna or taking her once the TARDIS has been hijacked, either could work. Don't want to plan too far ahead. And ten has explained the other issue. Hope this helps...

Then we'll have to RP it out since I started the RP by Sally finding the Tardis. Sounds good though

OOOOOH! That sounds like a great storyline!
And I'd like to know more about what Kradston did. Could anyone point me in that direction? Is it a thread or his application?

well, something...some sort of experiment that had the side effect of interfering with a Time Lord's ability to sense another Time Lord, although he didn't do it on purpose. That's as much as we have determined.

Please do let me know when I can get the bad guys involved, whenever you're ready. Still following this thread, good so far! (BTW Mentalist here, just using the account The Puppeteer and Marionette are registered on. )
